Four Seasons Roofing

I am extremely happy with my recent experience with Four Seasons Roofing. In my search for a roofing company, I only engaged GAF certified elite roofers, and Four Seasons provided the best price, but price wasn't the only determining factor. From the outset, Four Seasons differentiated themselves from the competition with their professionalism. The project manager Oscar was respectful and to the point, and provided a detailed proposal with the price in writing. Other companies I called gave me a verbal estimate after looking the roof over from the ground, Oscar was the only one to climb onto the roof to assess the situation. The men arrived promptly on the day the job was to be done, Oscar showed up early and gave me an overview of what would be happening and introduced me to his foreman. Tarps were laid out protecting everything. From there, the team began working, and incredibly finished in one day, just as promised. All scraps were removed, grassy areas raked clean and nails collected. I love the look of my new roof and couldn't be more satisfied.

They were professional and prompt. When I called they came out right away. They did an excellent job. After the job was complete another gentlemen came out and inspected it to make sure that everything was done correctly. I am very happy that I found this company and will use them again when needed.

from getting quotation to doing the job everything went fine. they arrived on time as promised and performed the job professionally.

They were very nice, punctual, and professional enough; however, they came out with only a small ladder (I have a 2-story house) so we had to reschedule. We've since had to reschedule the work. They also explained that the Deal may not be structured right and that there would be an additional $199 to do the work. I would consider using them if I needed their help, though.

The job began with a thorough and careful evaluation and proposal. The estimate to do the work was fair, all inclusive and appropriate. All details were spelled out and the rationale for choices explained. The process was thorough and professional. The work commenced on the predetermined date and finished on time. It was clear from the start that all company personnel, were knowledgeable, well trained and skilled. They were friendly, polite and professional. As I was home for a lot of the time, they were willing to answer questions and explain their progress. I was impressed by their efficiency and how they worked as a team. The result was a fantastic looking roof. I am confident that this very solid roof will continue to look good and function well for many years. My communication with the company office and management was excellent all the time and it was a pleasure dealing with people who take pride in the way they do business are always responsive and consider the customer's needs. Having lived in my home for 36 years, this has been the best overall experience I have had regarding major work done over the years.

Oscar showed up right on time and sealed up the leak around the pipe and also sealed some exposed nails and cracked shingles. Overall, it went very well. He was punctual, efficient and very professional. I would definitely use Four Seasons again.

The Estimator went up on the roof and saw that the job was relatively minor and was able to provide a patch which should be adequate. We will watch it, and if any further problems he will do a bit more work, for which he gave me an estimate. He did not charge me anything for the small patch. I called the company this morning to get an estimate, and they had the estimator out to my house the same afternoon. He showed up promptly, climbed the roof, and took care of the problem.

The work required now and for many years to come. Mr Toro was professional and I would recommend to Four Seasons to family and friends.

Upon receipt of order confirmation, contacted Four Seasons for a date. First reschedule was due to truck breakdown, second due to weather, third reschedule the provider had a personal emergency requiring him to leave the country. Finally scheduled for 4/4 however he showed up on 4/3 looked at the house and said he couldn't do it by himself because of the roof height. He said he would return with another person, but did not. Next day Stephanie(very professional contact at all times) called and said they could not do the job because of the roof pitch. We were never asked about the "pitch" or "style" house in all our conversations. The house is a 15 y/o contemporary colonial. We have never had a problem from a company doing work on the roof, because of the "pitch". Stephanie suggested that we get a refund from Angie's list because the $99. was not paid to Four Seasons and that it would cost a lot more at least 3 times more to provide the service on my home roof. The reason for the "C" rating for the overall experience is because the phone contact person Stephanie was very courteous and apologetic throughout this very unsatisfactory experience.

They arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the entire roof and sealed my skylights and other roof vents. I think they really repaired more than the 4 that they promised. They were very courteous and explained everything. There has been several heavy rains since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. I am extremely satisfied with this service.

They were one of several contractors that we used to get estimates for our roof, and we chose them over the other highly-rated providers. We were impressed with their pricing and professionalism.

It was excellent. He took care of what needed to be done. It was actually my mom’s house; she was there and she gave me the feedback, she was very pleased with the service. Everybody tends to go to a senior citizens house and give her crazy bills and they try to fix things and I go over and I just change the battery and it’s fixed. I come down there and experience with some trying to sell me $4000 new furnace, and all I need because they said I have a problem with my lopside in the basement and all I did was change the battery and the protector and it worked fine. They wanted a $4000, they are telling her, oh you know they are taking advantage of the woman. They did a good job. They didn’t sell anything extra and they grinning below weeks coming down, looks like the job be done. They didn’t try to sell a new roof, that is the best thing.

The service turned out great. They gave a printout of their findings.

Supplier was very courteous. They were unfamiliar with our type of roofing material (Ondura), apologized for not being able to provide service, and said to contact Angie's List for full refund.

Priced right, completed as promised.

We had a 20 year old roof on a cottage which was nearing the end of its useful life. Bill Taylor gave us estimates for just adding another layer as well as removing the old roofing and replacing it altogether. The first option would not have been guaranteed, whereas the latter would be. He recommended replacing the roof because of its gradual pitch in one section, and we took his advice. His men did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. They also did repairs on the roof of the main house, and installed a copper sleeve around its chimney, which I'm still unsure we actually needed. The repairs and copper sleeve added another $2,400 to the cottage's $6,500 roof replacement cost. This company was recommended by a friend who was trained as an architect, and whose advice I value highly. He and his mother both used this company and were happy with its work, and I am too. The architectural shingles are a big improvement over the cheaper ones they replaced.

We were happy with their services and pleased with the end result. We would use them again.

It hasn't leaked yet. A little disapointed that the work is not Guaranteed.

After submitting a contact request via Angie's List, I waited a couple of days and didn't hear anything. I then called, and they immediately apologized, saying that they usually respond promptly to those requests. They scheduled an estimate for 2 days later, and their representative was on time. He gave us a recommendation as to what he thought would be appropriate roof tiles for the dormered section of our roof, which is angled only slightly. We had a very bad leak, and we figured the roof was due to be replaced. He did not try to sell us an entire roof, but told us that we simply needed the dormered section replaced, as that usually does not last as long as a more angled roof. He gave us a fair price, and we decided to go ahead with the job. Within a couple of days, I mailed the contract, along with a $100 deposit. I didn't hear from their office for about a week. I then called to follow up, and they explained that they had been back logged due to more rains than usual for this time of year. They gave me a tentative date for the installation. When I called the office the day before the scheduled date, they told me that they could actually come to install the roof and fan that very day, if I was available. I was, and they came within a few hours! The workers spoke with me to review the job before they got started. They were neat and even managed to avoid damaging my plants which were near their tarp. The men were hard workers and did the job efficiently. They removed the old roof, replaced rotting wood, installed the fan and the new low-slope roof system. They tested the fan before leaving. The fan operates on a thermostat, and the temperature was set a little higher than I would like. I wanted the fan to come on more often, so I called them. They sent a worker out the next day, who gladly adjusted the thermostat. Time will tell if the new roof leaks at all, but I am optimistic that Four Seasons has done a thorough job.

The crew were very professional and did a good job. They finished the roof replacement on time and cleaned up afterwards.
