Four Seasons Roofing

We liked them. We had a leaky roof. They were good and helpful. They were reliable. They did what they said they were going to do and they fixed the problem.

This company wants to dictate what work and which materials that THEY want to use on your job; they consider your input/desires to be annoying and moot. Sorry but if I am paying you thousands of dollars to do my job, you had better believe that I am going to give you specific requests. Their God complex is unbecoming and rude; there are many other companies out there who will do a better job all around. They also will jack up your price if you fail to book the work within 30 days of proposal, an unnecessary slap in the face to a prospective client. They are additionally paranoid and unwilling to work with your insurance company and having to deal with the associated nuances-whoopsie, isn't that part of the business that you are in, one where people's homes sustain damage from various sources that they are covered for? Money hungry, attitudinal and childish personnel from the owners-who keep reminding you that they are the owners-to the sales estimators. You, your money, and your home deserve much better than this. If you choose to follow the cattle here, then buyer beware. But I know that you can do much better elsewhere, as I have done. Seriously.

Excellent!! The sales rep, Bill, was extremely professional and I felt confident that my roof would be installed properly. They kept me informed during the entire installation, and even recommended adding insulation in sections of my ceiling that had no insulation, and it has made a big difference is the temperature of the rooms. It has been 11 months since the installation and not only does it look fantastic, but there hasn't been a single problem. Their pricing was average - I did get 3 other estimates - but I've learned from my prior roof, that the lowest price isn't always the best option. I would highly recommend them and understand why they are rated as a premier installer on the GAF website.

I recently had my roof replaced and a new gutter system installed by Four Seasons Roofing, Inc. and am extremely happy with the results. Bill Taylor was very personable and thorough in explaining the entire process including materials used and outlining each step including the importance of good attic ventilation and installation of fans, and I also opted for a new gutter and leaf-guard system which is maintenance-free. Bill stressed how his company does only high-quality work and will not cut corners. I had requested the job be done within the next couple weeks but really lucked out when two full crews were able to come within a few days as there was a rain delay change in their schedule. The entire job was completed in one day and the workers were extremely efficient, very friendly, and protected my yard and left the whole place in perfect condition (including carefully protecting a bird house with nesting baby birds in it located close to the house so they weren't disturbed!). There have been two stormy downpours since then and absolutely no problems with the roof or gutters. I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing, Inc. for a top-notch job!

What can we say. Four Seasons is a Top Notch Company there reputation precedes them. Bill Taylor was a Professional, courteous and his guys were just as great. Company told us days in advance when and what time work will start. Receptionist Donna in the office was just as helpful as she was in constant contact with us. Back to Bills' guys , they were here exactly the time we were told they'd be here and they began work immediately. The materials arrived shortly after the work began on the roof. Looking at all the debris and garbage piled up during the job was incredible. The guys cleaned up beautifully. They were very respectful to the house and to our needs. Our roof looked so bad before Four Seasons came over. We can't be more happier looking at our new roof. We look forward to doing more projects with Bill and Four Seasons.

The gentleman who represented the company was most impressive. He arrived on time, inspected the problem (both inside and out) and gave an honest evaluation. The degree of professionalism and knowledge was astounding. His estimate was complete and representative of fair pricing. The work (which apparently is not necessary) will not go forth until such time that it is imperative. When that time arrives, I will feel most confident in contacting this company to perform the work. The degree of honesty alone, sold me on the veracity of the company. Amazing!

They were great - showed up on time very professional. They left no mess behind cleaned up everything

1. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would 2. The took great care to cover my shrubs and deck to avoid damage 3. The work was done properly and professionally 4. The completely cleaned the area when the work was finished, including a magnetic sweeper to pick up any loose nails in the driveway. 5. The foreman and company front office were easily accessible and easy to deal with.

They were very prompt, did an excellent job. Removed the old roof and installed new, commercial grade roofing. Because i had a leak that was damaging the ceiling below they did the job just 4 days after I signed the contract. Very quick, clean and efficient. they took all the construction materials away and cleaned up the area. they did all the work that was outlined in the estimate.

They don't call or call back. I had to contact them twice to schedule, they didn't return the phone call. Then they came and gave me an estimate. They were supposed to call again to schedule an estimate for also putting up solar panels, but never did. Frustrating.

Went well. Very responsive and helpful getting the work done quickly.

_Everything went extremely well. Antonio the foreman was very open to answering any of our questions. The crew were very professional and efficient. When a whole roof is re-shingled there is quite a mess that is created but when the job was done there was absolutely no evidence of it. if anything our grounds might have been even a little bit neater! We had been told the job would take one day and they actually finished in a little less time than that. Best of all, we now have a beautiful new roof. Thanks guys!

They came to assess the cause of a roof leak. They returned to repair the necessary sections of the roof that were determined to be the cause of the leak. The men were prompt and thorough. Everything went well. This was the second time we used Four Seasons Roofing. They repaired a different sections of our roof several years ago and did a great job. We were once again very pleased this time around. They are honest and they get the job done right. I would recommend them highly!

Great. I called many companies to get quotes and Oscar was the only rep that came to my home that was nice, explained everything to me and didn't try to upsell me. Being a woman dealing with "manly" things, sometimes gives you a contractor that treats you in this manner. Not Oscar. He was awesome. They showed up as promised, stayed to completion and cleaned up our entire yard. We have a two year old, so the concern of any left over debris was a concern for us. But everything was cleaned up great. We did have to clean up some stuff that were hard to find, but if we didn't have a two year old, it wouldn't have mattered as much. The foreman was great too. He handled everything for us that day too. I was worried I would need an entire plywood rip and Oscar went up on the roof first thing and took a picture to show me it was not needed. What a relief ! Overall the company was great. Very easy to work with and very nice. The owner called me herself to reassure me not to be nervous, because I expressed that I was ! Very family orientated company, which matters !

They were somewhat expensive but they were very professional and they did a good job.

The pre-installation process was fine. Quote was received on 4/8/2014 but work was only done on 6/20/2014 even though company representative [Bill Taylor, III] said they were a couple of weeks behind. Job installation itself was terrible and was quite disappointing despite good reviews on Angie's List. Additionally, the price was twice as high versus other roofers but we thought with the good reviews that they would provide superior workmanship. Not the case. Neither balcony was pitched properly for the new material which resulted in several inches of water pooling whenever rain occurred. Company representative was contacted two weeks after installation and he immediately dismissed as "that's how it is supposed to be." Several inches of water sitting on a balcony, is not how it is supposed to be. We offered to take pictures to illustrate the extent of the problem and he had absolutely no interest in coming back and looking at the job. In the front balcony, they installed a drain that sat one inch higher than the rest of the roof causing severe pooling to occur between the drain and the entrance door. The back balcony was so bad that 3-4 inches of water sat on the roof after a rainfall. Several months later the inevitable happened with leaking into the kitchen below the back balcony. We contacted the company several times and after 5 days they sent over a foreman that barely spoke English. He looked at the pooling water in horror and said that the roofs needed to be pitched and to call back the main office. When we did, they're explanation was that the problem was our house was stucco and this was causing the problem. Interesting, then shouldn't the entire house have leaks? This was just a tactic by Four Seasons to not be responsible for their work. We had several more conversation with Four Seasons explaining the issue and they continued to tow the line of "it's a stucco issue," never sending over a qualified representative to assess the job. This past May we had another roofer look at the work and they confirmed that the pitch could be fixed and work that Four Seasons did was substandard. This included water damage behind the flashing in the back balcony. We've gone ahead with this work and now there is no pooling given the proper pitch of the roofs. Four Seasons is a sub-par contractor that charges twice the price of its competitors. They might consider taking on a new tagline, "Go on, take the money and run."

This was one of the least stressful experiences I have had with home construction. Oscar came & gave me an estimate. I later had a question about my chimneys so he came promptly for an additional visit to give me an opinion an estimate for that work. The price was a little higher than the other estimates but I thought it was well worth it for the following reasons: they are master elite certified GAF contractors. They are also GAF President's Club Award Winners. Oscar spent more time than others on the estimate & he was more organized, patient, professional & detail oriented. He clearly explained everything that would be done & that is important to me. The office staff & owner were very respectful & courteous & appreciative of my business. When the workers came they were all polite. The crew was very clean & care was taken to be respectful of my property & everything was left the way they found it. It was a large job & they sent a large crew & finished the job earlier than promised. I have no complaints & was impressed. I would use them again although I shouldn't have to! LOL I do recommend them for anyone who needs a new roof or a roof repair. PS - I did not need the roof right away, I could have waited, but Oscar did not pressure me or give me a hard sell. He did explain that my situation was not eligible for a repair & that I would need a new roof eventually but that it was not urgent. I felt much more comfortable with him than some of the other hard sell estimates I got.

They were excellent, confirmed appointment, arrived on time worked all day long, cleaned up afterward. The roof looks A-1!!

Oscsar gave a good estimate of the work that needed to be done, and the price was right. He submitted me a proposal and I was ready to do the work, however another roofing company was a bit more responsive and also professional and prompt in contacting me, and scheduled the work to be done with them. I would recommend them.

Very please with the process and outcome, and have comfort through Four Seasons Roofing Master Elite Certification and GAF's Golden Pledge Warranty that this roofing system will last me for many years to come. I strongly recommend Four Seasons Roofing company without any reservations.

Very impressed with overall performance and i am a curmudgeon. on-time, professional, fairly priced, excellent work and clean-up. Triple A job. .

The two trucks and the eleven man crew showed up at 7 AM as scheduled. The foreman Antonio introduced himself and the work began. Around 7:15 AM the Project Manager, Oscar arrived to go over all the details and the scope of work that was discussed at the signing of the contract. All the workers had specific job tasks - so no one was just standing around. They had plenty of equipment - brought a gas powered generator to run all the air powered tools. Access to all parts of the roof were made easy via all the ladders, planking, etc. I must say, everything went very smoothly - some of the plywood sheating needed to be replaced in a few areas. Yes they really inspected the entire roof prior to the installation. I was told by Oscar the the whole job would be completed in one day - and it was. the quality of workmanship was outstanding. My lawn was well protected by tarps. At the completion you would have never even know that there were eleven men all over my property the way they cleaned up after themselves. Except when you look up and see the beautiful new Charcoal in color, Architectural roof. I must say - everyone I had contact with at Four Seasons Roofing Inc., was very professional, knowledgeable and well organized. This time I was looking for a company that specialized in roofing because the General Contractor who had a subcontractor install my roof 14 years age cut corners and did a lousy job - hense, I had leaks. My wife and I couldn't have been anymore pleased with the way Four SeasonsRoofing Inc handled this project from start to finish!!

Oscar inspected the roof and gave a competitive price. He climbed up on roof for inspection (I know that sounds like a routine thing to do...but 3 out of 5 roofers I asked to bid didn't walk the roof prior to giving pricing). Oscar showed up at 7am to set up the guys, stopped during day to check on progress. Work was done in 2 days as promised. Guys cleaned up as well as they could (they forgot to clean the attic...I'm being very critical). They didn't look for extra work/money at every corner. From the people who process all the permits in back office to the guys installing the roof, they were great to deal with.

I was very satisfied with Four Seasons Roofing the fine quality work and professionalism they displayed at all times during the time spent on our job. We needed the flat roof replaced over our front portico and had called a number of contractors for estimates. Some didn?t show, and others appeared clueless or untrustworthy. They showed up on time, looking professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. When it came to doing the job, Four Seaons Roofing was also on time, and more importantly to me, neat and respectful. The job wasn?t the easiest because we wanted a specific rail to be secured in a specific way. Their patience and research paid off and they were able to complete the job to our satisfaction as promised. Post completion we noticed that the gutters (which need to be removed and reinstalled) were leaking in a few spots. It took them a couple of months to get us scheduled and to come back. But indeed they followed up with phone calls to let us know they still had us in mind. The gutters weren?t pitched right when reinstalled but are now functioning properly since their ?gutter guy? came here. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons Roofing as an honest and reputable company and one that is easy to work with.

I contacted Four Seasons Roofing Inc. originally for a new roof estimate on my house as I was experiencing numerous leaks and knew it was time for a new roof. Upon meeting with their representative Oscar, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and the knowledge that he possessed. He was very punctual and took the time thoroughly examining my roof. I had many questions for him, and he calmed all my worries and went over all my options in detail. He pointed out all the services that are included with their price and told me about the exclusive Golden Pledge warranty that they offer which I was very impressed about. After explaining to me about my roof, he mentioned that they are also an exclusive Solar Elite Installer from the roofing manufacturer and can offer me a comprehensive warranty if I were to install my new roof and solar system together. As my electric bills have been high in the past, I was very interested to hear what he had to say. I had considered solar in the past, but never pursued it until Oscar brought it to my attention. I then gave him a copy of my electric bill and he said he would get back to me shortly with an estimate. I was contacted by Jade in their office to coordinate a site inspection of my home and they came out to perform it in a matter of days. I am planning on using Four Seasons to install both my new roof and solar system in the next month (once all permits are obtained in which they are handling as well). It put my mind at ease knowing that the company who is installing my new roof is also going to be installing my solar system. This company is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would highly recommend them.
