Bill Taylor was quick to respond to our request for an estimate on roof leaks we were having in three of our commercial buildings in Wantagh, NY. Two of the buildings have flat roofs and are very difficult to repair. Bill's knowledge and expertise far exceeded our expectations. Compared to the other companies that came to give us estimates, Bill Taylor was a real pro. He scheduled the repair within a week. His workers were prompt, efficient, and left the job site spotless when the job was complete. Even the office staff were courteous and professional in handling our questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and professionalism! I would not hesitate to recommend Bill Taylor and his team at Four Seasons Roofing!

They did a nice, very responsive. and they very professional, did a very good clean up. patiently on picking the right color for the roof, very cooperative.

As mentioned by all other reviewers, Oscar was the reason I went with 4Seasons. He was incredible punctual, responsive, professional and up front about the entire process. He gave me an estimate on his own and then met me at a later date in person to review the work and the quote. We negotiated a fair price and the work was done on time and after a week I'm very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Four Seasons Roofing removed two layers of old roofing and replaced it with the GAF shingle roof system and new attic fan.. Their sales person, Oscar, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the GAF process & materials they would use. I had a total of 4 other estimates, Four Seasons price was #3 (High to Low). The job was scheduled at my convenience and completed by a very capable staff in just 8 hours. Their attention to detail, safety and clean up was exceptional. All debris was collected and halted away the same day - like they were never here. Roof looks great. Highly recommend these folks.

Replaced collars on vents and replaced flashing (copper) around chimney after removing shingles and replacing damaged roof sheathing with new wood and installed new matching shingles. Work was done quickly and clean up was perfect.

Excellently done from start to finish – this company's extensive experience really shows through. Senior Four Seasons staff took an active role in my (small!) house and took time to answer all our questions, and were clear and accurate about the time line. Their teams were prompt, quick, clean, organized, and extremely polite and professional – including fielding lots of questions from my 5-year-old (while keeping him at a safe distance). It was like having an Indy 500 pit crew re-do your house! Four Seasons came highly recommended and still managed to exceed every expectation. I would recommend them without qualification for anyone who wants their roofing project to be done right the first time, without unpleasant issues or delays.

We hired Four Seasons to redo our 30+ year old siding, which included our 3 story home and detached garage. In addition, we had them repair our roof and fix our foundation in the back of our home. This became a massive undertaking and we are so completely thrilled we choose them. We asked for job references and spoke with 4 different home owners who had nothing but amazing things to say about them. We compared their work to another larger company, and Four Seasons was out of the park; their level of detail was completely unmatched. Each home was literally picture perfect. If you’re hesitating – don’t! They are well worth the investment. From day one until the date of completion, Oscar listened to every single request and concern and continued to go above and beyond. We are so thankful we had him to work with from start to finish – we don’t believe anyone else would have taken the time out of their day to listen and give us exactly what we wanted (and then some). He is so honest and patient, which makes him such a pleasure to work with. Our foreman, Caesar and his entire team are so extremely skilled at their trade; the level of detail is unmatched. Our project was extremely detailed and time consuming and they were so very precise and thorough. We now have the home of our dreams – thank you Donna, Oscar, Caesar and everyone else for going above and beyond!

Could not have had a better experience. Oscar arrived promptly and was both knowledgable and respectful. He evaluated the problem of the skylight and the roof vent and used a special flashing to (hopefully) alleviate the problem. He explained that because my three skylights were so close together, it was hard to get in between them to thoroughly address the issue. He flashed several areas where shingles were cracked, including the area around the roof vent. Hopefully, the work that Oscar did will be sufficient to correct the problem, but he did everything possible to prevent further leaking from the skylight. Although my roof is 25 years old, Oscar did not try to pressure me into getting a new roof, but when I asked for a quote, did give me what I thought was a reasonable price should I choose to do so. Oscar refused to take any payment for the work he had done, explaining that a happy client was his main concern. I would definitely use this company for any roof work that I do going forward. I'm happy that I found this company.

Loved working with this company. Very happy with the quality of their work and professionalism-- from the girls in the office to the crew they sent to replace my parent's roof, the entire job was seamless. They were prompt, courteous, cleaned up our yard meticulously which is really great. Even though we had this done a few years ago, had to write a review because the roof came out great and still looks brand new. I would recommend them highly. Just as a side note, these guys have been in business for over 3 decades and have won so many awards... not everyone is GAF certified with Master Elite status, but they are. Check them out, we're very fussy and do our homework before we hire someone for something as important as a roof, and so glad we chose them to do the work. Job well done!

Four Seasons did a great job. Like everybody else after Sandy we needed the repair done quickly. Four Seasons was prompt and priced very fairly. It is going on five years and we have never had a leak or a problem. Job well done.

It was an excellent overall experience. Punctual, pleasant, and very honest. Oscar found the leaks right away, and sealed them quickly at no charge. He also gave me a reasonable estimate without high pressure for the future if I were interested. I was very satisfied with their service. I would strongly recommend giving them a chance to do business.

Great job, did what they said when they said, cleaned my yard of any mess. A week later a representative of the material company came to my house asked if he could go onto the roof, inspected and gave me the approved warranty. I was very satisfied.

Great, weather was not great(snow etc) but they were able get it done as soon as the weather got better.

Four Seasons did a very professional roofing job on our colonial home in Dix Hills. We highly recommend them because of their outstanding workmanship, along with the courtesies extended by Bill Taylor and staff. Four Seasons crew was led by Jose and were superb. They left the front and back of house free of any debris as it was prior to new roof installation.

Four Seasons replaced my roof and it was a very positive experience. Our contact, Oscar, was great to deal with and always replied quickly to our questions and concerns. The job lasted two days and was handled as professionally as I could have hoped. I appreciated that they made 100% sure to collect all loose nails around the property, which was very important to us because we have a toddler wandering around the yard. The roof looks spectacular and we have gotten many compliments on it from our neighbors.

I had my roof done by Four Seasons about 4 weeks ago. Since then there have been at least two storms with above average rainfall and I can report no leaks. This is significant as I have five skylights. I'm also able to go into my attic which I did on the first storm and all was well. Their price was in line with other estimates I had gotten and I was also happy that they used GAF product. After doing some independent research GAF was the product I wanted on my roof. I was home to watch the entire process and the crew appeared to be very experienced. The only negative I have to report is that I've found about a dozen nails on the property plus small pieces of roofing material. No big deal, but a few nails were in the street. This might have been due to the fact that the dumpster wasn't picked up until after the crew had left and I'm assuming those nails may have come from under there. Bottom line is that I can recommended them to others.

I really can’t say enough about how positive an experience I had with Four Seasons. I will specifically name names here since the credit is well deserved. Oscar from the very beginning was massively helpful. He made several trips to the house, spent significant time on the actual roof to determine what was there to begin with and how to quote me for its replacement. He explained in detail how and what they’d replace it with (I had done a fair amount of research on GAF products/systems so I was able to follow along and/or raise questions of my own.) Some specific examples of how exceptional I feel Oscars service was are as follows: 1) He knew I could not make a color selection on the shingle via the GAF “sell” boards alone and had an entire package of shingles delivered to my house. 2) He made a second trip to the house to measure the skylight on my behalf and provided a solid recommendations on which manufacturers I should consider 3) It was never a hard sell; ever. He simply came to the house, explained the system to be installed and the cost and provided as much guidance as one could possibly want. In a way where I always felt that my questions were welcome. 4) After the job was done I had a lifted shingle from where the gutter installers were working and a torn shingle on the garage. In both instances I sent a text to Oscar with a photograph of the issue and the answer was “we’ll fix it” and indeed it was (usually same day.) I will say these two issues were pretty much aesthetics and had nothing to do with the quality of the install. 5) On the day of the install Oscar was there in the AM. He answered any last minute concerns or questions I had and took the time to go over the materials that were specified in my contract so that I could be sure that I got exactly what was stated/paid for. I could go on and on, but these are just a few examples that come to mind. Some of these may seem trivial, but the aggregate left me with the impression that I was dealing with someone who was honest and had integrity. Regarding Four Seasons as a company; I interviewed several other roofers with similar GAF qualifications as Four Seasons who pitched me highly engineered systems in terms of ventilation which I felt were untested and not suited to my area (by the water; high wind). Four Seasons recommended a system that I felt was appropriate for the area, was more commonly used (time tested) and aesthetically better looking on an older home such as mine. I was very close to going with another roofer (mostly b/c I tend to fall for the hard sell tactics which I loathe), but in the end I choose Four Seasons. If money is any measure of how sincere I was in my choice, Four Season was more expensive than the roofer I came very close to signing with. Not by a ton, but to me the peace of mind I got from the experience I had from the very beginning until it was time to put pen to paper (contract) was well worth it. I spoke with Donna in the office on a few occasions. She was courteous and helpful. I believe she was the one who helped facilitate the process of getting me the paperwork I needed for my permit; in addition to scheduling the work; and, when I called the wrong number, passing any questions I had along to Oscar. With respect to the crew on site they worked hard (and I do mean hard.) I would consider this to be a fairly big job since it involved ripping almost the entire existing roof down to the rafters. They showed up promptly at 7 AM and by ,I’d say, 11 AM the new plywood was back on. All the while steps were being taken to proactively protect the house and clean-up the yard. Everyone had a job and everyone executed well. The first day was an eleven hour day in which they completed the entirety of the main house. The second was pretty much the same in terms of hours and on that day they did an extension to the main house and the garage as well as a more thorough clean-up. In ripping off the plywood to the extension they had even offered to reinsulate the ceiling for me b/c I was concerned that room had no insulation (I bought the product and they installed it for me.) The foreman who worked on my house was Antonio and he was equally as great as the aforementioned others. Anytime I had a question over the course of the two days he was there to answer it. By this time in the process there weren’t that many questions except for a couple I had regarding the copper flashing on the chimney and the removal of the gutters to protect them during the install. Mostly he just worked all day long with his crew and I was happy to leave him/them to that. During the install one of my gutters got a small dent and some paint scraped off. When I asked to have it replaced (since it was literally installed a few months prior) Antonio/Oscar/Four Seasons did so without hesitation. There must have been another piece that got damaged too, but I can’t say for sure b/c it had been removed prior to the install starting and I hadn’t seen anything happen to it; even so they replaced that section as well. What I was left with was: 1) A brand new roof that looks great (it hasn’t rained since the install, but I’m confident it will function great as well) which should last for a considerable amount of time. 2) A solid understanding of how my house was put back together/the roof will function. 3) Confidence in the material selections I was recommended/choose, e.g., ¾” plywood vs. ½”, lifetime warrantied shingle, etc. 4) Confidence in the warrantied workmanship and that should anything go wrong Four Seasons will stand by said workmanship. All around I would say my experience was extremely good and that I’m very satisfied with the outcome (and unless the roof flies away or somehow a deluge pours in I can’t see that opinion changing.) I’ve personally had several bad experiences when it comes to remodeling my home and this, I can say unequivocally, was NOT one of them.

It was really hot up there for those guys, I felt bad. It went excellent. They came early just like they said. They put up tarps and whatever else. It was completed and done by 4:00 in the afternoon. You have to give them part of the payment when you sign the contract. The guys all left and my husband and I are looking at each other, we were going, “well, we couldn’t give them the payment!” About an hour or so later the doorbell rang and it was the guy. He came back and walked over everything with us outside. We found a few nails here and there, but overall I have to say, I have no complaint there. That’s when we gave the final payment, after we had gone over everything with him at the end. There again, the contract was clear, precise. That is the most important thing when people have work done, is to get that contract and get it in writing.
