Their price was too expensive.

It was maybe a little bit higher than some of the other companies that we looked at but we felt that the fact that they had - the person that we spoke with was on the job the whole time. He was the team lead for that, with any questions or issues. We were able to contact him directly about timing issues. My sister was coming down from Boston to meet him and it was going to be delayed, but they were able to start before that. They're a great company to work with and they also have a higher level of guarantee, with the warranty from the Roof and Material Companies. We had several proposals from other companies and decided to go with this one, just their comfort factor with having someone on site that we had talked with.

Two other companies strung me along but never followed up (for about 6 weeks), presumably because the job was a bit on the modest side. That includes the company who did the whole roof 12 months prior. Oscar from "4 Seasons Roofing Inc" came and gave an estimate on time. Showed up promptly on the day of the repair. Fixed the problem. Unfortunately there was a snafu and the wrong shingles (slightly too thin) were installed on the roof. Called Oscar couple of days later. He said, no problem, if I am not happy, he will fix it. He ordered the thicker shingles and a few weeks later installed them. No extra charge. All he said was "No problem, thanks for working with us". Oscar was professional, polite and eager to please the customer. Would fully recommend them.

From start to finish an excellent experience working with Four Seasons Roofing. During the initial estimate Bill spent a good deal of time inspecting my roof, explaining things to me and was genuinely interested in doing the right thing. Other contractors did not even go up on my roof and just left me a brochure and a price in my mailbox. While they were not the lowest estimate I got (not the highest either) I felt they offered the best quality and value. When I had questions the people in the office where friendly and very helpful. At day of installation I literally could have set my watch by their arrival time. I went to move my cars at 7:30AM and an awesome sight to see 3 trucks come up my block. It was amazing to watch how well orchestrated the crew worked together as soon as they stepped off the truck. The first thing they did was put up a tarp around my house to keep debris to a minimum, They were extremely professional and clean. They never took short cuts and clearly made sure every detail was right. For example, I happen to walk out when they were sealing around my skylights and was impressed how well they sealed around them (cannot imagine they could possibly leak again after seeing this). The roof looks great, does not leak, and the property was very clean when they left. I would, and already have, highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing ,

I thought it was fine. The price was a bit higher than many of the other estimates I received. The initial service and estimate was good, and the product was good. I didn't like the way they left my house and the surrounding yard, regarding debris and materials, following the job.

In the beginning we had a miscommunication of sorts. We worked everything out and everything was done the way they explained. The crew worked well together, they accomplished alot in a short period of time, I thought. They were friendly and professional.

He came when he was supposed to and was very informative. He came, looked around and gave a very economical quote inclusive of the front porch. We had to sit and compare the work to be done, with their pricing. He spent a lot of time and did a good job. I will use his services in future.

Had to have my roof replaced and got estimates from 6 different roofers in the long island area. Even though these guys were not the cheapest I still went with them anyway due to great reviews and bbb rating. I dealt with Bill Taylor and he was very responsive to all my questions and when it came time to get the job done they went out of their way to get to my job as soon as possible (my roof had leaks and a big storm was coming). The job was done in less than a day and it looks great, not only that but we have since had some major storms and I can verify that there have been no further leaking issues. Highly recommended. They cost a bit more but it is worth it when the job gets done right the first time.

Four Seasons showed up promptly to give me an estimate. We sat down and the entire process was described, including the GAF certification process. I called for a few estimates and some came by and just dropped off the estimate and some explanatory materials. It was nice to be able to actually sit with the contractor. The price was slightly north of the middle of all of my estimates, but from talking with the Four Season contractor, I felt it was the best combination of reliability, experience, quality and price. They gave me a anticipated start date (subject to weather), and they actually kept that date. The entire project was done in a day. My wife and I still had not decided on the style of tile until the last day, and Four Seasons was fine with that. The roof came out perfectly, and we have not had any problems with it. The cleanup was good. There were a few minor pieces of the old tiles that I found and there were a couple of nails that were hidden in the grass. There was nothing that I felt I needed to call them back to take care of. Especially when talking about nails, perfection is ideal, but it is possible that a nail or two could get missed. Just make sure to double check it yourself (no matter who does the job), since you will be the one stepping on something if it is hidden in your grass. These guys came in, did what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do it. There were no additional charges beyond the estimate. I would use them again if I had any roofing issues.

The estimator who came to our home was professional and courtesy. He made a through examination of our roof and presented us the our options regarding replacement, cost, completion time, possible wood replacement and examples of materials. The price was in line with what we expected and the job was started and completed on time. Not a nail could be found in my yard and the roof looks fantastic. Would strongly recommend you use them.

Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. The estimator came promptly after our initial phone call. He spent well over an hour going over options and giving very helpful suggestions. He brought in all the different colors, even placing the roofing so we could get an idea of how the colors would work with our home. He was very professional and we felt the quoted price was fair. He by far gave the best presentation of his service. You are getting a warranty. They are using the best quality roofing. Remember, you always get what you pay for. I watch my grandchildren and I was concerned about loose nails. They exceeded my expectations with their clean up. They used a magnetic rake to pick up all the nails. I didn't find a single nail. It was like they weren't even here. I only have wonderful things to say about this experience. This was done amazingly easy and pain free. Feel confident in using this company. They really are wonderful.

The man that was sent out told me that I needed a mason. Though they did not complete the work, I appreciated his helpful information.

The information was good. He was very thorough. He has not yet contacted us, but I have not contacted him either. He was Prompt and professional. The estimate was close to the another companies.

Everything was great. In pricing, they were the highest of 3 or 4 estimates but their presentation, coupled with the fact that they were certified by a GAF roofing and shingle company, and the fact that they were in business for 20 years, made me choose them. I found them to be a first rate company. I got a 30 year warranty on the roof, and they offered good follow up. The salesman even came to the house the morning of the installation to make sure that the materials were correct and to introduce me to the crew foreman. Overall, I was very pleased with this company.

Probably one of the best experiences we've ever had with any company. From start to finish, they are professional yet an authentically family business. Four Season's price was mid range, combative with bids we'd obtained from several competitors. On the targeted day, the crew arrived punctually. We have nothing but good to say about these men who did quality work, finishing the job leaving no indication they'd been there except a beautiful roof that may outlive us. Most of the time the boss was on site. No question these people go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Recommend without reservation.

They were excellent. I thought I had a loose shingle on my roof, and the man was here the next day. Their clean up was a little sloppy, but the actual work was good. They were very responsive.

FOUR SEASONS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND HAS AFFORDABLE PRICES. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK, I WILL BE HAVING THEM COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO PUT GUTTER COVERS ON, THAT WILL KEEP ME FROM HAVING THEM CLEANED AS OFTEN.
