Chuck Ianson was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, very professional. Completed a "laundry list" of electrical problems in record time. He returned our call the same day, came over and diagnosed everything right away. He found us a thermostat that was very easy to use and it fit the same wall space as the old one. He was extremely thorough, very neat, courteous, hard working, and explained everything he was doing as the work progressed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family, friends, neighbors and church members.

I found Chuck through searching other electricians on Angie's list. I saw that a bunch of people had bad experiences with other electricians and Chuck was the guy they called to fix other people's bad work, so I figured I couldn't go wrong with him! And it was true. I had one estimate as high as $750 to install a simple light post that Chuck only charged me $350 for and it only took him about 3 hrs (and that's including me asking him all sorts of electrical questions that he was happy to answer). Chuck returned my call for and estimate the same day and once I got the light fixture we had and appointment to install it right away. He was right on time and installed the light in exactly the time he said it would take. He was also very neat. He picked up all of the trash and even took some of it with him (which I've never seen). Most guys will leave it in a nice pile for you to take care of in front of your house. Chuck did a great job and I would definitely hire him again!

I called in the morning and received a callback about one hour later. Chuck came by that afternoon and very efficiently solved and corrected the problem. He was very professional and I will certainly call him again the next time I have an electrical problem.

See above - We had vinyl siding done many years ago. We were not aware that when the siding was done, they had pulled the electrical meter from the house thereby placing our meter and electrical line from grounding our home placing our household in major jeopardy.

Chuck got us in quickly (2 days), came early (!), and was very professional. He repaired a junction box with too many wires running into it, requiring 3 junction boxes total. He also installed a new outlet in our office. He was here about 2 hours, and his rate was more reasonable than I was expecting. Everything was clean when he left.

Chuck was on time, the job was done in the amount of time he said, he cleaned up completely and I'm happy I used Angie's list and found another top notch craftsman.

Generally, I feel like we got a great deal for the money we spent. Chuck had to work in conjunction with another contractor and did so without a problem. He was VERY responsive to phone calls and came in exactly as he estimated. He was significantly lower in price than the other estimates we had. He also didn't try to "sell us up" on services. He told us how we could do the job in a cost-conscious manner.

These were nagging small jobs in my office which I finally felt I had to deal with when the bathroom fan stopped working. Mr. Ianson responded promptly, called the day before to confirm, arrived on time and performed the jobs efficiently. I was pleased that he chose to make repairs rather than just reflexively replace the items (as I think many contractors would have done).

Outstanding. He returned my wife's call within several hours and came out the next day. He identified and did the work in a thorough and professional fashion and called my wife's attention to several other defects with the wiring, one of which he was able to fix and did. Previously, another contractor had been unable to fix the problem but he did so and charged a very reasonable price. Above all, he was honest and down-to-earth and treated us with respect and care for the problem which he worked hard to fix.

His work is outstanding he is a true gentle man, no hassles and his prices were in the middle NO complaints in anyway. He put the motion detectors in on both sides of my house. I would recommend him very highly.

Called Chuck and he came and gave estimate the next day. He said he'd call the next week to do the work and he did. He arrived promptly on the day agreed and completed all in approximately six (6) hours. Everything was left very neat and clean and he took all garbage with him. He was a real gentleman and made suggestions and advice which I accepted. We are extremely satisfied with all the work performed.
