CENTURY 21 HOME IMPROVEMENT DID A FABULOUS JOB ON MY CABINETS! THEY CAME IN, GOT STARTED QUICKLY AND HAD THE WHOLE JOB COMPLETED IN ABOUT TWO AND A HALF DAYS. I LOVE MY CABINETS AND THE JOB THAT CENTURY 21 DID.
Description of Work: RESURFACED KITCHEN CABINETS TO LAMINATE SURFACE, PUT ON NEW DOORS AND DRAWERS.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THE RESPONSE OF THE COMPANY WAS LOUSY. THEY BROKE SOME FAMILY HEIRLOOM PLATES AND DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO COMPENSATE ME. THEY NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND CAREFUL WHILE THEY ARE WORKING.
Description of Work: THEY LAID A NEW RED OAK FLOOR IN TWO ROOMS OF MY HOME.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED MY KITCHEN. THEY REPLACED THE CABINETS, COUNTER TOPS, THE SINK AND THE FLOORING.

IT WAS A RIP OFF IN EVERY WAY. THEY MISREPRESENTED THE SALES CONTRACT, CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND DID THE HIGH PRESSURE SALES JOB ON MY WIFE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START AT A CERTAIN TIME AND STARTED WAY AFTER THAT DATE. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS POOR. THEY COLOR OF THE LAMINATE DIDN'T MATCH THE COLOR OF THE CABINET DOORS.
