Prompt delivery and installation

We visited the showroom and met with Tony. He was professional and informative. We never felt like we were being and quot;soldand quot; anything. He answered our questions with honesty and was very knowledgeable. We ended up going with primarily GE Monogram products and a Uline dual zone wine refrigerator, but also asked for prices on items that were slightly less expensive so that we could fit within our budget (such as a smaller Kitchen aid refrigerator and a Whirlpool cook top hood. He was knowledgeable about these items as well and never attempted to encouraged or coerce us into going with the more expensive GE Monogram versions). These items were not present in the showroom but the prices he came back with were less expensive than I found at any big box store. Overall the experience was great. He answered emails promptly, was honest about the manufacturers, the products, and the varied consumer views on pros/cons of specific items. And the prices (as far as I could tell from my own research) were very, very, reasonable. Tony definitely lessened the anxiety I had over spending such a large chunk of change on new appliances. They have not been delivered yet, as our cabinets are not ready for install, but I have almost no worry about that given the great purchasing experience I had with Capuano Appliances.
