Absolute professional movers. Used them based on their reviews from Angies List. Did not disappoint. The quote came in on point. The move went smoothly. Rollins and his team were superb. Moving 100+ miles, I did not want a horror story of a move that we hear about. All American did a great job, on time and for the right price!

They were very professional, they moved me with great care. They arrived on time. They did not take any excessive breaks. They were pleasant and careful.

They were very careful, polite, and respectful to our things. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again. Based on this move, I'd give them top marks across the board. They even charged us less than the estimated price.

It went fine. They were punctual, professional and very willing to do the things I asked them to do. If i were to need a moving comp- any again, I would confirm beforehand the amount of room available to me in the moving truck.

We had a very good experience. They got the job done even though it took longer than expected. They followed through on the work. Some that came and did work on the house said, that they did a very good job in moving us. To have someone else give them a complement says a lot about them.

This move could not have gone any worse. 1. The estimator comes to our house. Stays for 10 minutes and gives me an abbreviated inventory with a 15% price cap for if we go over. Ok. 2. We consolidate our belongings, even get rid of a lot of things to ensure that we don't go over what the estimator priced us at. 3. The day of the move comes, they come, and remove all of our things and they're off. 4. While we're en route to the other side of the country, James from ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES INC calls me and informs me that the price is going to be $1,600 more than what we agreed on. That's $600 above the guaranteed price cap. He informs me that the inventory is 1/3 more than what was quoted. Mind you, I REMOVED things from the house. So, now I have to fight with him not to just honor the price they quoted, but to honor the price cap! 5. In order for them to honor the price cap, James demanded that I give ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES INC a glowing review on Angie's List. 6. The driver calls us from out of state saying that the moving crew on the departing end didn't complete a California pest inspection form and that his truck had to be sealed and witnessed by a State of California official. 7. The driver arrives at our house. A State of California official has to come to break the seals on the truck. 8. Helpers come to help him unload our belongings. They unload the truck. 9. We have 16 items that are broken and/or missing. A large sofa is soaked with water and has mildewed. It smells so bad one of the guys unloading it comments, "You have mildew in this." A large mirror has water within the shrink wrap and has ruined the wood. Our things have been left out in the rain or water has been allowed to leak on them!! 10. All of the hardware to our furniture was not kept with the items and was lost. Most of our beds do not have the hardware to put them back together. The guys that were there to re-assemble the furniture 1) had no idea that was part of their job 2) had no way of accomplishing this because they had none of the hardware. 11. We are currently battling with this company to file claims on all of our ruined items. All of this is valued at around $2,500. They are dodging our calls and not calling us back. BEWARE

Turned out the estimate for hiring movers for the job I needed was a lot more than the deal would cover, but the rep I spoke with said they would gladly refund the deal, which they did.

They were the nicest people you would ever want to deal with. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They set up all of my belongings and stacked all of my boxes in a way that was very organized and convenient.

I am no longer moving so I do not need the service I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

Everything that had been in storage that was taken apart they were to put together. After a month our bed that was put together by the movers, it didn't not feel right and was shaking. upon lifting the mattress the metal pieces that were to stabilize the bed were not even put into place and none of the screws of the bed were in tight. all eight corners of the bed, 4 of the headboard and 4 at the base of the bed, were all cracked. we had damage to the headboard behind the middle of the bed too. we were missing a bookshelf as well. when I called to make them aware that i received the shelves that get inserted into the book shelf but not the book shelf itself i was directed to claims department who stated they would find out where it was, when they called back they stated that it was too damaged from them to bring and instructed me to file a claim and it would be taken care of. a claim was then filed. when here back a month later they said they were not responsible and I would get nothing back. I appealed and they stated they would give me $18. Then the company about 7 months later tried to address the issue only after a negative review was placed.

All American moved my daughter's bedroom furniture (two large pieces and three smaller pieces of furniture) from Farmingdale to to her new house in another town nearby, and also moved three large pieces of furniture in our house to different rooms. They were at our house, pretty much on time, and did a great job! We had a three hour time slot and they finished in 2.5 hours. We have a narrow and steep stairway and they took great care of the furniture so that nothing was broken. We would definitely hire them again if we need to have anything moved and will recommend them to others!

It worked out very well. They were on time and professional. It was just as I hoped it was going to be. They were friendly. They brought everything into the house and put it where it needed to go. I thought the price was fair.

They were excellent -- communication was great. They were on-time for both pick-up and drop-off. Our items were very well packaged and secured within the truck - overall very happy with the move.

All American Van Lines did a great job. Chase, Barry and Frank arrived on time. They were very careful with all items and very professional. We ended up with more boxes than our in-home estimate predicted. However, they completed the job in less time than was contracted for. They did an amazing job. In addition, two weeks after our move, I called All American to see if they could dispose of items that were supposed to go to charity. It was the end of the month and we needed immediate assistance. James not only found a crew to help us that day, but he honored the price that was provided with our estimate. We ended up not needing their assistance for disposal. I cannot say enough that James went out of his way to get us service on such short notice. When I informed him that the charity did indeed pick up the items, James was happy for us. He could of been upset that he made such an effort and we did not use them. Instead, he was gracious, professional and wished us the best of luck with our new home. All American is a company that I would use again and one that I highly recommend.

The company was easy to work with, they called 1 hr before service. Prompt. Courteous. Professional. Quick. Very good at what they do. Already recommended them to family.

All American was responsive and made scheduling easy. They were punctual, communicative, and moved a heavy treadmill base without a problem. A team of 3 movers came, and--aside from one gentleman's snarky comment about the unorganized condition of our basement--were highly professional. This was a small job, but I'd use them again.

BJ, Barry and Hemp were excellent. Took excellent care of wrapping and moving furniture. They were extremely polite, on time, and most of all quick within the allotted time I purchased. I would highly recommend them for a stress free move. I will certainly use them again when I need movers.

Needed a large extremely heavy old TV moved out of the basement, some friends tried helping me move it up the stairs with no success. Called to schedule appointment on a Wednesday and was able to schedule a pick up for that Friday. Mr. Russo the owner was very helpful and informative and was very accommodating. The movers were on time, very professional and moved the TV out in minutes. Very happy with the service and will definitely use this service again in the future!

Everything was on time and a great job done.

This was my 3rd move with All American Van Lines and I think the best move yet. The three man crew worked efficiently and carefully. Hopefully won't move again but if I do I'll give them a call.

I called to get the deal scheduled today. The receptionist said the mover, Ronnie, was on vacation until the 23rd. I told them I needed a piano moved sooner than that. I asked who else I could speak to and they said I could speak with James but that he wasn't available. Then, James suddenly became available. When I told him what I needed done, he said they don't move pianos. He said that the ad showed that pianos weren't included, but it doesn't. Then he tried to talk me into larger priced deals. He said they would normally charge an extra $695 in addition to the $200 package I purchased to move a piano. He also tried to say it would be almost 90 miles away for them to come even though it's only a 20 minute drive. I would not use them if I were moving. I would also not recommend them. I've requested a refund.

It went fine. Very good service. It seemed expensive. Call and get a price before you buy a $50 off or something like that.

Even after a foot of snow, they arrived (just a half hour late) - went to work quickly and were very professional. Once we arrived at the assisted living facility, they also quickly unloaded, assembled her bed, helped unpack the garment boxes and were off. Couldn't have been a nicer group of guys.
