Very well. Arrived promptly, got to work and finished quickly.

Price was excellent. They were on time for the appointment and I was satisfied with the service.

They were pleasant and cooperative, I thought the deal was just for moving supplies, but it included their services as well. I ended up getting a refund because I already arranged services with someone else.

First of all, we changed our date of service about 4 times. Each time we called to cancel and reschedule, they were absolutely fine with it and never made me feel embarrassed. The movers came on time and were very professional, yet friendly. The job was accomplished smoothly (thankfully, my husband was home to facilitate things). The only "surprise" which the co. was upfront about, was that I bought the coupon for $109 for 2 men for 2 hours. We had to pay an additional $95 for an hour of their travel time to our house (I don't know if this is customary with movers). The entire move took 4 hours + 1 hr travel time, and the bill was $381 above the $109 paid for the coupon. Having said that, we had about 100 boxes. I was happy with the service, especially how nice the men were, and have called the company for a quote for our move West.

Jimmy has offered me two possible resolutions. Many companies do not believe in customer service -- the company does. I think they are making a sincere effort to resolve my problem and I appreciate and respect a company like that. Couldn't use voucher because they couldn't accommodate me. He told me I could use the voucher within the next eight months - I bought a house - pretty sure I'm not moving again anytime soon.

They arrived at 11:30 and finished at 5:00 pm, move was from a three bedroom up and down, to a two bedroom ranch.

I contacted All American after purchasing the special offered on Angie's List and I received a call back promptly from Mr. Russo. He was extremely professional, courteous and as soon as I am ready to move my belongings from the storage facility into my home he will accommodate me in every way he can. So far I am extremely pleased with the service and as soon as the actual service is performed I will gladly update my review.

It went well. They were professional, on-time, efficient and careful with our belongings.

The movers did an excellent job wrapping the unit and delivering it in perfect condition.

Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied!

Received 3 estimates and choose All American Van lines, partly because there non pressure sales approach (an like the other guys which were more busy badmouthing each other then telling me about the service.) The Move was on Time and on Budget , the most hassle free and easy move I ever had. Every I was promised happen to my surprise and delight .Highly recommended . Spoke to James over the phone, Arel did my in home estimate and Rawlins was the foreman of the moving crew. If you can please request them just in case it helps them in any way (bonus ? promotion ?) . For sure it is well deserved.

All went well from start to finish. Will use agein for next part of my move in a few weeks.

All American Van Lines moved us though they didn't do the packing. When they came they were very professional and polite. I would say they're excellent.

BEWARE of All American Van Lines (AAV)! This was our 2nd major move in 2 years. The first move from KY to NY was done by Planes Moving and Storage ? who did an excellent, professional job. No major issues. We used AAV this past move, from NY to NJ ? what a disaster! First lesson ? never EVER take the lowest quote. We got 3 quotes. AAV quoted us about $1,600 for the entire move ? full pack and move. We got another quote for about $2,300 and $3,600. AAV were billing us by the hour for the move and by boxes for packing. They said since it?s within 75 miles, they wouldn?t charge us interstate rates (I believe by the pound and I?m sure would have resulted in even higher costs than they ripped us off with). They figured an 8-hour move. We figured in a few hours more and figured we should still come under the $2,300 quote. We also figured that since they came and saw everything that needed to be packed, since they?re supposed to be a professional company with good reviews, they?d know how to estimate a fairly simple move ? 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. They quoted about 25-30 boxes. They used 71 ? SEVENTY-ONE! Ridiculous! How can you underquote someone by more than double! So they wanted to charge us over $3,000 on a $1,600 move. RIDICULOUS! We did negotiate off about $400. Although, I personally think the estimator should eat the cost. Or the movers, since they packed 10 plastic plates in ONE huge box ? stuffed with tons of tissue! That?s the kind of packing they did. In boxes that looked recycled ? the kind where they used in previous moves, not the kind of boxes you think of when a company says they?re going ?green.? I know for a fact that they reuse the wardrobe boxes since they took all ours back. Yes, even the warped-looking ones. Secondly, the movers did not look professional ? just like some guys off the street or maybe a college campus. They seemed nice enough and they did an okay job, but not people I?d want to handle all my possessions. So, I did mention they did not look professional. One of the movers, or maybe all, stole some items! Unfortunately, we did not catch them in time and was only able to file a police report. We did get insurance, but of course, all of the stolen and damaged items were not covered under the insurance. There?s NO point in getting the insurance if it covers nothing! So we paid over $400 for our insurance with a $250 deductible and they won?t pay us our claim of over $1,200. Those were just items that we were aware of. Planes did a whole inventory ? about 23 pages worth of stuff they put in boxes ? and they tagged all the boxes with numbers and when they unloaded our stuff, I had a copy of the inventory items and I checked them off as they brought the boxes in. Professional. The guys off the street, I mean, the guys from AAV, just packed things haphazardly in boxes with absolutely no organization. We had no inventory items to check off so I?m still not sure what exactly is missing, except for particular items we were looking for. We checked all the boxes, drawers, etc. The estimator told me I wouldn?t have to empty out the drawers, that everything with drawers would just be taped up and hauled on its own. They went through all the drawers and even the ?hidden? drawers (where I had some stuff taken from). My biggest mistake was assuming with the good reviews, that this was a professional company. I didn?t ask all the questions, so yes, that is entirely my fault ? the main question being the inventory of items. I learned a very expensive mistake. So all in all, AAV took TWICE as long with the move (5+ hours of packing a small 2 bedroom apartment), with a lot less stuff (we actually moved a lot of boxes from our KY move to our parents? homes in NY and NJ), used MORE boxes, had NO organization, STOLE some items ? we would NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT, can I stress NOT?!, recommend this company. STAY AWAY!

My stuff arrived as scheduled the following day in Maine, and they unloaded quickly and efficiently. This was a temporary move for me, and I will definately use them when I relocate in October!

Arranged the move just a few days before. Got an estimate on line and then called. Movers were great: Rawlins the Forman was a pro and a very nice guy his crew VJ and Kevin were great as well. All items were moved safely for the same price that I was told.

The move was hassle free and the movers were very friendly and accommodating. They perfectly moved my furniture into my new home and I am very happy with their service. I would recommend this company to anyone.
