They were on time, professional, and courteous. The pre-move communication with managers was excellent. The estimate they provided was adhered to. I would recommend All American to all.

Description of Work: Arrival time was to be between 9-11. At 11:10 when no one came I called and was told the job had been cancelled. A crew arrived at 12:40. When I spoke to the company on the phone I said that I said that I was on the second floor of a 2 family house with an attic. The move took 7 hours.

Description of Work: Moved us from Farmingdale to Dix Hills. Overall very pleasant experience. Only one minor issue where something damaged our floor but they did send someone to fix it to the best of their ability. Workers were very good. No hidden charges.
