They did a great job in a a very satisfying time period. Picked up the mess and we're verify accommodating. Price was totally acceptable.

After suffering through two other contractors and their failures, one of whom insisted major replacement of components was required, this contractor achieved an effective, lasting repair.

Replaced the hot water tank with a shorter, larger diameter unit. As a result the tank had to be forced up against the cold water supply and the emergency venting pipe to align with existing piping. Also, the tank was placed partly on the floor and partly on the rug, which created a tilted installation of the tank. Not a professional installation in my opinion. Would not hire again.

Work completed quickly, was careful to clean up afterwards, disposal works well.

Very good quality work, responsive, fairly priced, felt safe having him in my home without being present.

It went great. Tom did very nice work, was here when he said he would be, charged a reasonable price and was a cheerful guy to have around!

He was nice at first visit. But he was very rude , left a huge mess ! I would never use him again. Ok so if you have your own business you should treat everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. Not him. He was messy, rude , inconsiderate, . I won't go into details but I would never use him again!!

I am very happy with his work. He came on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up everything afterward and his prices are very reasonable. I am highly recommending him top anyone needing a plumber.

We had several Dripping fixtures/pipes in different locations at our house, that needed to be fixed. We called several different plumbers to see if they could come and fix them. Mr. Bollman answered our call right away and came within an hour and half. two hours later he had fixed all the drips and corrected a few other issues we didn't even see that were happening. He was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and professional! His Rates were very affordable and we are now 100% leak free! Thanks to Bollman Plumbing services we can finish out our day without any worries or drips.

I am very happy with the fixtures he installed. They look great and work great. He corrected the way the pipes had been installed many years ago when an addition was added to the house. He also replaced a badly plugged drain pipe and cleaned out the end of it. I am really happy with the way it all turned out. I have already told him that I will be having him come back to do some other plumbing work for me.

He was on time, he returned my phone calls. He was professional all the way through. I would recommend him to anybody!

I have new carpeting and he brought a guy with him who worked in the kitchen. Neither one of them took shoes off or dirty boots off and the guy who was working in the kitchen had caulking on his shoes that he trailed through my living room and then to the bathroom where the Bollman was working. So, I had to call a carpet cleaner after they left and I also had to call another plumber because the Bollman told me he doesn't want to do anything with the shut off at the main water pipe coming into the basement because it could be a $5000 bill to have a whole new pipe going out to the street. I went down to the basement after he left and there was no water on the basement floor. So, I had to call another plumber and he came out and fixed it. I wasn't happy. I left him a message to call me and he never called me until like a week later. My bathroom was a big huge mess from him. So, the caulking wasn't the only problem. It's just somebody I would never use again and I would never recommend him.

He was quick, courteous and cleaned up fast. was not expensive. fixed the leak with no hassle at all

Excellent work by Tom. After he assessed the problem, he provided and installed the necessary pieces to set the toilet in place. He was fast, thorough and competent in his work. I would use his services again.

It went great. This is an old house and the kitchen drain had a leak he changed the pipe. Was rusty old medal pipe now PVC. Shower drain leaked fixed that toilet unstable had wrong parts when your had been installed . A few weeks ago there was a leak in the wall and he fixed that. Great service great price was very professional . Will always call him again.

He came the same day I called to give me a job estimate and came a few days later to do the job. He was on time, and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and thorough. He did a great job and we would recommend him. He also saw that our toilet wasn't working as it should and just fixed it for us.

Tom arrived at the agreed time (calling before to confirm). He replaced the upstairs toilet in an efficient and timely manner. Tom is professional and personable. I will call him again for any plumbing needs.

Morning call to provider to discuss my issue, etc went okay. Provider stated he would be on-site in a few hours. By afternoon I contacted provider again at which time he stated he forgot about me. Began to discuss current customer he was working for, troubles, etc and stated he would be over in a few hours. I called him back after securing another professional.

When contacted, he said he had to finish a job and would be over that afternoon to take a look to see what we needed to have done. He came over and said that he would be back the next day to replaced the tank which he did and found he had to replace some of the pipe fittings above the tank as they were old. He had everything done within 3 days. We have plans on using him again for more plumbing issues.

Tom actually began the work a day before the time we agreed on (even though he had a cold and wasn't feeling very well). He also finished the work a day earlier than he had expected. And... his work was excellent!! Since the bathroom in our cottage is very old and the walls are not insulated, Tom had to figure out unique ways to install the px waterlines. He was also very open to our ideas.
