ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR

My washer was not draining and I usually repair my own appliances but I was to busy so I contacted Accurate Appliance Repair in the morning. I left a message about the problem on Accurate's voice mail. Accurate called back the next morning and asked if they could come out that afternoon to check out the washer. I said that was fine. I told the repair man that the last time this happened, I found a hair band from one of my daughters wedged in the pump. I cleared it out and everything was back to normal. The repair man said he would start with that. It wasn't long and the repair man came to me and said he was all done. He said he found a sock wedged in the pump which he showed me. The repair man was willing to listen, he was quick, and the machine worked well after he finished. All in all, I was happy with the service and I do reccommend giving Accurate a shot at your appliance repair. I did not include a price because I had a friend that wanted to pay for the service. I never saw the bill so cost was not involved in my evaluation.

My washer quit. It's several years old. He told me that replacing one of the parts was only a temporary fix and that I may want to just get a new one. I chose to have the part replaced. Appreciated his honesty and giving ME the choice. NO guarantee or pressure.
