After not getting calls back from 3 other providers which were also on Angie's List, I called John who answered the phone and came out within a few days. I am very happy with my windows now.

I see all the reviews of Vanguard Glass Block Windows are the ordering, pricing, installation, etc. in which they do very well. They did a great job at all that, but now that I have a problem with one of my vent windows, they are nowhere to be find. In the past 2-3 weeks, I have called and left a message at the Rochester number, e-mailed John (who I guess is the owner) and also e-mailed the main Vanguard e-mail and have received no response from any of those contacts. Yes, the windows may be guaranteed for life, but if no one will come fix a broken one, that doesn't mean alot. I have given them an F in responsiveness. There is no service after the sale and at this point, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
