 + -1 moreVirus was removed but I did not get to speak with the tech when I went to pick up the computer. That was my only regret but I will call him to discuss some computer issues.
Description of Work: The technician removed a virus from our computer. Turnaround time was 6 days which I thought was pretty good.

 + -1 moreHe was not very helpful in answering questions. Did not call me when it was ready. Did not really fix my computer and I will be taking it somewhere else. Still having some of the same issues.

Description of Work: I brought in my non working laptop. They diagnosed that the motherboard was fried. They were able to retrieve all stored data and transfer it to a new laptop that was custom built. I am very happy with the service and professionalism along with the quality of product I received. Highly recommend.
