Description of Work: I spoke with him twice. Agreed to his price. Said he'd call me with a date to do the job but he never got back to me. Had to find someone else at the last minute because the repair had to be done before I moved out of the apartment.

 + -1 moreThe provider was professional, punctual and gave me an estimate to remove counter tops in the kitchen. I did not use his service but I was impressed by his knowledge. I will call him for future jobs.

 + 3 moreI met Arthur quite by accident. He was packing up from a different job for a different unit owner and I asked him to come over to give me an estimate on fixing the previous workers shoddy work. He gave me a special price because I used a wheelchair and he felt the previous workers had taken unfair advantage of me. All in all, Punch List Man is the top of my list for contractors. He is easy going, friendly and what seems to me, fair.
Description of Work: I Had a lovely condominium located in an old school building. Arthur put in order the windows, drywall, removed a woodstove, ,put in the basement and put the area in which it had been to match the rest of the living room. He repaired the drywall where the stove pipe had been. He restored the living room floor to its former glory. Arthur went thru the entire unit fixing the shoddy workmanship of the previously hired workers. He also is doing some work in my wife's rental properties getting them ready for their Certificate of Occupancy inspection. He is fixing windows, doing lead abatement work, etc.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job. He is very easy to work with, very personable, does a good job and if you need to pay in credit card then he will do that too which can help cash flow at times. It is easy to get hold of him either through phone or by email. He is very responsive when it comes to email. He is always pretty assertive and gets back to you very quickly. I have not noticed any problem or disagreed with him as he does a very good job. It takes a little bit of time for him to get to the job and it just because he is a busy guy. So it does a little bit of time to get to the task. His price is very reasonable. If I have made an appointment to meet him then he is always punctual.
Description of Work: I used Punch List Man last week. He installed storm windows. He has also done lot of other works for me in the past like replaced, repaired, cleaned the gutters. He has done all of the roofing work for me.
