I feel as though their billing policies are dishonest. They charged my credit card twice for the same service. They admitted they did it, and promised me a rebate. I still haven't received a rebate. They also have billed me for services they didn't provide. When I asked for a list of the services in which I was being billed for, I was told that I would need a court order because it was a legal document. And after that, they continued to charge me for another month in which they didn't provide me service. They hired an attorney to send me a final bill, they claimed I owed them $825, but said for $300 they would close my account and never hear from them again. I feel it was unfair that I would've had to hire my own lawyer to be provided with the list of services I was being billed for, to prove that I wasn't being provided the services. I would not recommend anyone to get their telephone services through Paetec.
