Full service Realtor. I think buyers need to be represented as well as sellers often are. There is much more to buying than just finding a house, though I can often do that faster and more efficiently, sometimes finding homes before they go on the market. More importantly, I guide you through the process, making sure you are protected along the way. As a full time Associate Broker, I use my experience to negotiate the best deal for you. For those who are selling their homes I provide detailed marketing research to aid you in properly pricing your home and my wife, who is also real estate agent, provides her keen eye to help stage your property to appeal to the widest market. Then I do everything I can to cast the widest net to get buyers through your house. This includes the internet as well as print marketing and Television.
