The owner never showed up for the inspection. I drove up from Binghamton NY and was relying on John to inspect the house. He said that he would meet me at the property between 6-6:30 PM which I questioned at first because it gets dark at 6:30 but did trust that he would meet me before dark. John never showed up at the said property. I texted him at 6:20 pm and notified him that it was dark out and asking to reschedule for tomorrow. I never heard another word from him. This was very disappointing since this was the only time I had to get the roof inspected and I was not able to locate another inspector before I had to return to Binghamton. John was barely understandable on the phone when I had talked to him on October 30th, but again, I put my trust in him partially because I found his company on Angies List. I am beginning to question the point of paying for Angies list since they had him listed as an A grade on the site.
