Frank's Roofing

Unfortunately we asked Frank to check our roof. He spent about 35-40 minutes fiddling around with things that were not in need of repair, including a line of black calk on the valleys of one dormer. Now doesn't match the other. He nailed some loose trim and bent it in the process. Used non-white nails to fasten trim. Will now need to go up and coat with some white calk. Then turned around and said we owed him $600.00. I paid, but will not call again. I wish him the best, but not if this is how all his work is handled.

While on my roof told me I was screwed by roofer from last year's tear off, told me mortar on chimney was falling off and other negatives. Nonsense. Charged me more than we agreed on on the phone 1 hour earlier. I couldn't wait for him to leave. Save your money!
