John meticulously went through the home from top-to-bottom and was a true professional along the way - answering all of my questions and keeping his work area nice and clean. He was in constant communications with me throughout the process and prepared a 70 page book of all the positives and negatives of the home. John found issues out about the home that I had no idea was failing in the home. After we reviewed the report together - I know what needs to be done on the home and will be in a better position to sell the home in the near future, so when a buyer comes into the home there will be no issues to address. John was professional and thorough during the inspection. We trusted him immediately. John looked over every inch of our house and found minor issues and problems we would never have thought to look for. He discovered that the GFCI circuit on the outlets in the kitchen was not functioning - which is something one wants to know, given the proximity of the outlets to the sink! He found signs that the attic isn't getting enough air circulation, which is likely the cause of a minor leak in the roof of the garage. When John finished the inspection, he compiled an exhaustive report of his findings and took the time to sit with us to explain the results and his suggestions for remediating them. We would absolutely work with John again in the future and will recommend him to our friends.
