Description of Work: Covert attic space into master bedroom with bath. Quality of work-excellent. The only dilemma was that project took much longer than estimated. Approximately 6 weeks. Two of their employees working on project left unexpectedly which put our project back, way back.

Description of Work: It had been since 2007 that Fitch installed all new windows and slider at my home. Sorry, but I don't remember how much it cost. Approx. $10,000, I think. It was 11 windows and a slider. But, the salesman and the entire crew were wonderful. Prompt, professional yet friendly and wanting to make me happy. The windows are great! My heating bills have been drastically reduced because of them. They are also tilt ins which make cleaning them easier. Since then they replaced my sky light in the family room. It was about 30 yrs. old and was leaking. Again, great person that came to install it. He repaired the ceiling and redid the design in it so that it went with the rest of the ceiling. There have been times when Matt has stopped by to "help" with an issue that I had. I am asking them for a quote on replacing the existing deck next spring. Can't wait to see what they have to offer.

+ 0 moreAlthough I had some difficulty getting a finalized date for the project to start, once it was underway it went very well. In the process of replacing the skylight they discovered unexpected roof damage and quickly developed a plan to remedy it. When finishing work on the inside of my home worked out better than expected at the time of the original estimate I requested a lower overall price and they responded affirmatively.
Description of Work: They replaced an old, failing skylight with a new Velux model.

+ -1 moreThe job was done excellently but I wasn't that thrilled with their contact and service. They cancelled a couple of times and they even had my name wrong on the invoice. I wasn't all that pleased with the customer service end of it. They had a defective product and had to wait on another one so they had to cancel the appointment another time. The price was a little higher but there are not many places that do the skylights and sky tunnels. The installation was great. I would probably hire them again because there are not too many places that do that type of work.
Description of Work: I used Fitch Construction to put in a sky tunnel in my kitchen area.
