 + -1 moreOverall, my experience with both businesses has been a positive one.
Description of Work: Computer running so sluggish it almost stopped running. They cleaned it up for me, got rid of the virus, and returned my computer working much more efficiently. It only took a couple of days, and I was very pleased with their service. Unfortunately, I believe this business moved on, but a new computer tech has taken over. Last week I took my computer to them only to learn the mother board was shot. They fixed me up by down loading my information to a new to me lap top. Chris Colbey went above and beyond what he needed to do by making a house call, and by was also able to help me over the phone regarding my questions about the lap top. Although Fairport Computer Services was very good, in their absence, I would now recommend Colbey Tech Computer Sales and Service at the same location.
