Beyond perfection and playing my piano now is like it is brand new. From my first phone call to the finale, Craw Piano Services is the 'go to' and be sure to hire them. Dewey Craw, the original mastermind and creator answered the phone with a voice of encouragement, superb professionalism, a welcoming neighborly grace ad truth. His son, Stephen Craw, with 40 years of experience was punctual, full of enthusiasm, truly caring for my concerns and truth. A wise decision to hire this company, I truly know you will be treated with kid gloves, finest of the finest professionals and with a relaxed feeling, knowing your piano is cherished by them, just as I, the consumer, cherish my piano.

It was a great experience! Stephen called me the same day I left a message and was able to schedule me the following Monday. He was on time, VERY knowledgeable, professional and just plain down to earth friendly. The job was well done. We look forward to having Craw Piano Service keep our piano sounding great. The cost included more than just a normal tuning -- the pitch was WAY off so some extra work was necessary. A normal tuning wouldn't cost the 150. paid for this particular call. The price is very fair.

He was there not only on time but early. did a quick evaluation and got right to it. Made it clear what we would need to worry about for the piano, and what we should expect based on temp, humidity, and usage. Piano was not only brought to pitch, but also fine tuned the same day. He made sure to actually play the piano, which he can do with exceptional skill. The sound was night and day from start to finish. Based on the age and current condition, he made tuning recommendations and i was able to schedule the next tuning as the piano is used daily.

I wanted a high quality piano bench so searched locally and on-line, finding Dewey through our piano tuner. He suggested a source I hadn't found which had exactly what i was looking for. He ordered and delivered the bench quickly and at a considerable discount to the on-line retail price. He was great to work with.

First-time experience with this tuner, who recognized the make of my 7'4" Falcone grand and gave my wife an educational discourse on Brazilian redwood! I wasn't home at the time of tuning, but my wife reports that he was timely, courteous and professional. That evening I came home to a beautifully tuned piano.

It was a good experience. He was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do ahead of time. Very friendly and polite.

Arrived promptly. Piano was tuned. No problems. Also provided very useful information as to the age and condition of the piano and a referral to a reputable piano refinisher.

Stephen Craw's service was exceptional. He was professional and prompt. He provided information about our specific piano history. He noted what needed to be done for tuning and potential other work. But there was absolutely no pressure to do anythng more. We will be using him again on a regular basis.

My understanding is that this is a father-son business; both are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

I can't imagine a better experience. In addition to tuning the instrument, Mr. Craw advised me on care for the upcoming six months of changing weather, advised me on the suitability of the instrument to my family's changing needs, offered to help me find a new instrument and/or to evaluate instruments I'm considering buying (when I'm ready to do so), and answered other questions I had clearly and objectively. He knows his stuff, and does it professionally.

Dewey always arrives on time, does a good job and leaves in about 1 hour. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. His office sends out a reminder postcard about a month before the appointment so you don't forget.
