The four brick steps leading to our front porch were crumbling and needed to be replaced. Mr. Buonanno tore out the old bricks and discovered that the person who put in the original bricks didn't lay a good foundation and used sand as filler. This was unusual and meant that demolition and the setting of the new bricks was more work than anticipated. Mr. Buonanno did a great job building the new steps, very neat and professional work. I'm sure these brick steps will now last a very long time. The job, which he originally anticipated would take 2 days, ended up taking 5 days due to the foundation problems, his schedule and rain. He had 1 or 2 helpers for three of those days. I would use Mr. Buonanno again for any type of masonry work.

Vincent quickly fit me into his busy summer schedule and did a great job. He even offered to use the leftover concrete to fill in various cracks in my foundation for free. Recommended!
Description of Work: He corrected the damaged brick work on the supporting columns under my two porches.
