They have been fantastic. They've always plowed dark and early! During bigger winter snowfalls, they send an email to let you know when to expect the driver. On the few occasions that I have called, they have always been prompt and courteous with responses. I've been so happy with their snowplowing service that I plan to hire them for some summer lawn care. I would definitely recommend using Brockman! In two seasons on winter plowing, I've only had one time during a heavy snowfall that I wondered when they were going to plow our driveway. I did not call because it was a bad storm. Later, they contacted me to say they had an incorrect email for me, and that had caused me to not receive the email with the information on when our driveway would be plowed. Fantastic service! Each person that I have spoken to at Brockman from drivers to secretaries have been courteous and friendly. The cost was $205 for a winter snowplowing contract.

They were reasonable and did a fabulous job. They were very nice. respectful and informative. Would use again. I do recall it may have taken them a couple of weeks to get to the project, but it was worth the wait.

They do a good job- our only issue is that because we are not located in Penfield, our driveway tends to be cleaned later than those others who use a more local service.

When they showed up, it went well. However, many times I would have to email or call for them to come to plow the driveway. They claimed they "forgot north Webster north of 104". It's bad enough to pay for snow plow service and be forgotten and not be able to get into your driveway, but next, they never came to collect their posts or fix the lawn damage they caused like they said they would. After 3 emails, with responses back that it would be completed, I gave up. I emailed Wayne again a few months later, with no response. This is just a pathetic way to do business. This winter a woman from Brockman called me asking why I had not paid the auto-renewal bill they sent me that I did not request. I told them what happened. She said she would talk to Wayne about it. All they did was send me a $25 off a service coupon. I wouldn't suggest using Brockman for plowing service. I found a much better rate at another company that actually responds and cares about it's customers.

They removed our fall leaves for us while we were on vacation. The first quick job was for $100, then the final leaf removal of the season was $200. They did a great job.

They promptly returned phone calls. The quality was good.

Our lawn has never looked better! The cost is $33 for the cut and $70 for fertilization.

I rated the responsiveness down because of the effort needed to get a full quote for initial work. I had other communications problems with them, but I did not rate them down for it as I was partially to blame. Once done, the work itself was done well.

They did work for us from June 2013-October 2013. Professional and courteous service in person and over the phone. My lawn is lush and weed free. It has never looked better.

They have been taking care of my lawn for the last two lawn care seasons, since 2012. Their prices are competitive. I will definitely continue to hire them.

The cost runs about $103 per month. They are expensive, but they do a good job and they are still affordable. They have been excellent and very reliable. They have mowing my lawn since May 2013.

I have a one acre yard which is $42 per mow. Everything has turned out fine and they did a satisfactory job!

The cost is under $400 for the year, for a half acre yard. They are cheaper than the competition and they do great work! They call the day before they arrive.

The cost is $40-60 per treatment which seems about the average price for these services. I have been with them for about a year. They come when they say they will and they usually give me a phone call before they arrive to give me a 2 day window. They deliver on their promises. I plan on continuing with them next year.

They simply came out and did the work. They had indicated that they would call before coming out when I contracted with them for the season but they just showed up. Not a big deal, just something to note.

I submitted an online request for a quote for aeration and rolling and received a prompt response. I took no action for a few days and received a call back where they explained what work would be done, and that they'd be able to do the work in a few days enabling me to fertilize afterwards. They were at the house within a couple of days to do the rolling, but they didn't do the aeration for about another week. We were happy with the results and would use them again.
