Mike gave my washing machine a second life. He also followed up with a return visit - which wouldn't have been necessary if his customer (me) understood simple principles of physics and engineering. Would highly recommend them.

Mike was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Kept me updated on progress of the job and answered any questions I had. He came back 2 days later after I called and said our ice maker was dripping water. He built a small part to remedy the problem. Although this was a separate problem from the first time he came he refused any money and said, " no charge as I was just here 2 days ago". This doesn't happen these days. I would highly recommend them. I will use them any time I need appliance service!

Excellent. Arrived on time and had the parts to complete the job in one stop. I have used Brian for years. He is quick to respond to texts and will offer advice even if it means he doesn't get to earn a service call. Highly recommended!

excellent. Mike was extremely knowledgable, clean, and resolved the issue - which wasn't the easiest as the digital display wasn't readable. The motor would fail at the end of a full wash cycle, so it would not error out during normal testing. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Brian is very professional and does a thorough job. He pointed out a few issues with the original install of my dryer that might be causing issues with our house. He was highly reviewed and recommended by others. I would definitely use again.

Mike was fantastic. He fit me in shortly after receiving my call. Let me know when he was on-site, when the problem was diagnosed, and when the repair was completed. He was straightforward and professional. I used his services about six years ago for another appliance and his exceptional service has not changed.

I called for service because I thought I had a problem. Mike, the technician, did some testing and promptly advised me that everything was fine and there was no need to replace what I thought was malfunctioning. He refused any payment. This is the kind of good business practice that will cause me to call them instantly when I do need something in the future.

Brian returned our call over the weekend to let us know Mike would be out Monday morning. Mike arrived early, had the necessary part, and performed the work quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the service. This was actually our second excellent experience with this company, as Mike also did a great job fixing our refrigerator a year and a half ago!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with Brian's service. He promptly returned our call for service, scheduled to perform the work within a day and showed up when promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and replaced the heating element. He was also very friendly and courteous.

He fixed it quickly and showed us as he repaired it. And cleaned areas with in the dryer out.

I called Brian Monday morning to schedule an appointment. He gave me a time for Tuesday morning, however, later Monday he called and asked if it would be convenient to come around 400pm (Monday) to look at the dryer. He arrived spot on time, found that not only was the drive belt worn out put a pulley was worn to the point of making most of the noise we were hearing. He had the parts on his truck and repairs were made on the spot. The dryer has worked perfectly since the repair and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again for any appliance issues.

Service representative spent a long time checking the temperatures throughout the set range, and confirmed that it was working incorrectly. He ordered parts and came back a few days later to install them. He then checked the temperatures again. He was very polite and thorough. He said to call back if we found that it was not fixed.

Brian was very prompt, knowledgeable, personable, professional. He quickly found and repaired the problem. I'd definitely would use him again when the need arises!

Brian came out next day. Called before arrival so I could have somebody here to let him in. Figured out problem & we decided it wasn't worth the cost of repair.

They are wonderful. The responsiveness was immediate. They've been wonderful.

The owner himself will answer or return your call. He calls back the same day or comes out the next day. He is immediate.

He is very honest and forward and upfront with us. It didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of us.

They were able to help troubleshoot the problem and the phone. They basically told me what the problem was and how to fix. No need for a house call saving money.

Mike was terrific. They were very flexible with the time of the service call. He called before he came when agreed and got right to work. He cleaned my coils as well. Very polite and focused. He took care not to track in dirt to the house. in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Very well - the problem was that the tub bearing seal was leaking and fouling the belt (I think). The repairman explained the problem, answered several questions I had about how to fix it, and gave us a couple of options for dealing with it. We decided to have him clean it, but not fix it. It is working well now, though we know it's not a permanent fix.
