Because I was having trouble with my washing machine I joined Angie's just today. Both my sister in law and nephew raved about it. So I checked on line for a washing machine repair company and came up Brian Doehler's Appliance Service in the same vicinity of my home. Within an hour 1/2 Mike was here as promised.. YEAH, finally a courteous, well representative repairman and instantly felt comfortable with. Will certainly call only them again ! Nice work Mike and company

We called Brian Doehler's Appliance Service this morning about our refrigerator not being cold. They responded immediately by sending Mike, a repairman to our home. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Mike is professional, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about not cleaning the coils at the bottom of the refrigerator ( should have read the manual OR the store that we bought it at, could have made that clear)... The coils had not been cleaned since we purchased the refrigerator 10 years ago. My husband changed water filter the night before and Mike mentioned that you need to run approximately 10 glasses of water through the dispensor to get the air out of the line or you could have water running non-stop and flood your home. Very, very glad that my husband found BDAS on Agies List! Just after Mike left a friend called and I passed on their information -- it is great to find reputable, hardworking and knowledgeable appliance repair company.

We had difficulty because the refrigerator would not make the annoying noise it had been making when I called. The provider carefully explained which components could be responsible and how I should go about listening to to the intermittent noise in order to determine which component might be failing. He was very professional and helpful given the circumstances and I am confident that we will ultimately figure out what is wrong.

Brian Doehler's Appliance Service sent Mike out to assess the problem with our intermittently noisy refrigerator. Mike was professional and respectful. He determined that it was our evaporator fan that was making the dreadful noise, (although the noise didn't show itself off at its worst for Mike, by any means!) The fan wasn't available locally that day, so he ordered it. It came the next day. Mike called and arranged to return, as he said he would. He promptly installed it. Mike said there is a year guarantee. We have an old KitchenAid refrigerator, and we're happy to keep it alive.

Excellent service and his ability to quickly stop by was a big plus.

Called Brian early in the morning. I had to work that morning and setup an afternoon appointment. Brian came right on schedule and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very professional, respectful and helpful through out the time he did the repair. I will definitely call him again if I need an appliance repaired.

We were very happy with the service provided. We originally called and left a message about a leak in the water tubing that feeds the refrigerator's water dispenser and ice machine. Brian sent a technician out the same day, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. After taking a look at the way the tube had been installed and connected to the plumbing, the technician actually recommended that we call a plumbing service instead so that the underlying problems with the installation could be more accurately addressed. I mentioned off hand that we had a problem with the water dispenser not working consistently, and the technician offered to diagnose and fix the problem while he was out. It was clear from how fast he worked that he had experience with this kind of problem before, and was able to get the dispenser working in a short period of time. He only ended up charging us for the dispenser repair, and not for his time in examining and diagnosing the tube problem. Overall, I was impressed at how thorough his work was and how honest he was about what it would take to have the job done correctly, rather than be concerned with just doing what he could and charging us for it.

Returned calls promptly and were very courteous. Knowledgeable. Arrived on time and did call me before coming as requested. Didn't suggest any unnecessary repairs. Very pleased with service and will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs.

Outstanding service! My clothes dryer wasn't heating any longer. Due to my travel schedule it had been like that for a few days before I could place the repair call. Brian was able to fit me in on the same day that I called. He was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and complete the repair before leaving. I will certainly call on Brian again for future repairs and will highly recommend him to my friends and family

Mike first came on a Thursday to check my washer that refused to wash on any temperature except cold. Within minutes, he knew the problem was the hot water valve assembly. He needed to order the part and did so while he was reassembling the washer. He promised he would have the part no later than the following Monday, which he did. Mike came, installed the part and tested the washer. All was good. All this in less than an hour. Great service.

Set up an appointment within an hour of calling for service and repair, they did prompt repairs good pricing excellent service

We called this appliance service as we felt that the leak that we were getting in our cellar was coming from the dishwasher especially after AP Plumbing had been to the house and fixed a pipe that didn't address the leak. Mike came out and analysed the situation, ran the dishwasher and told us exactly what was broke. He looked up the price of the parts to see if it was worth our money to fix it but he ended up telling us to purchase a new one and gave us ideas on the best type for the money.

I called this morning and left a message describing the problem with my gas stove. Within an hour he returned my call and told me he could fit me in between sheduled appointments. He quickly performed appropriate tests, identified the problem and because he had the part on his truck, he was able to complete the job immediately. He was both professional and personable. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely call him again.

Doehler provided the expected service and made alternative recommendations citing their experience. We chose to make the repair. The were very responsive and punctual in taking care the problem that potentially involved the loss of frozen foods.

I was leaving to go out of town in a few hours. I went down to the basement to discover that my washer was full of water, but wouldn't spin/drain. I gave Brian a call and explained the situation. He said that he was in the area, and could be over within the hour! He then called to let me know when he was 15 min away. From start to finish, the job took about 20 min. My washer is 12 years old and I was thinking I would need to pay $600+ for a new one. So pleased to find out that it could be fixed, and found the repair to be very affordable. Brian is very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to help me out, with zero notice. I would not hesitate to call him again. A+ rating.

My washing machine was making a loud banging noise in the spin cycle. Brian was honest and told us it wasn't worth spending the money to repair it. He came on a stormy winter day even though he said he may not be able to make it until the next day. After a couple hours of talking to |Him that morning he called and said he would be at my house I a half hour and he was. He is very dependable and will use him again and already have referred him to a friend.

I had called for an appointment last week and was given one for the following Monday. On Saturday, he called me and said he was running a bit ahead and had time to look at my refrigerator if I was home. He came over, fixed the problem, and was gone within an hour. I was extremely pleased and grateful for the service!

My experience with this company was no less than excellent. Both Brian and his partner, Mike, were very responsive and accommodating. Mike arrived promptly and conducted all the repairs. He accurately identified and corrected all the issues in two separate and unrelated service calls. He was also prompt to return in follow-up after each service call when pre-planned monitoring of the issues raised concerns. One of the issues originally led to damage of a non-replaceable freezer part, namely the freezer lining which had ripped. He ingeniously trouble-shooted the issue so that the mal-aligned water pipe could be re-aligned. Service costs were more than reasonable, especially for the quality of customer service provided. I would continue use their services again without hesitation.

Bryan was very quick in returning the call, made it in within two hours. Was very polite and friendly. Great customer service.

I called at 9am and left a message on his answering machine. He called back right away and scheduled an appt. for the afternoon. He called to confirm the appt. 20 min. beforehand. He arrived on time. It was a very cold & snowy day. He had shoe covers to keep from tracking snow all over the floors. He very quickly diagnosed the problem (damage due to a power surge) and provided the repair cost estimate to fix it on-the-spot with parts he had on the truck. He installed a compressor start relay and overhaul kit. The work was completed quickly and neatly.
