He fit me in the same day I called. He was very prompt and courteous. Only took about 15 minutes for the repair.

They were backed up so it took a couple of days to get a visit from the repairman. He expertly resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Shortly after he left the problem reoccurred and he was back to wrap up the job in less than 24 hours, a Sunday. Price was reasonable. They'll be my first choice in the future.

Everything went well, nice guy and great service.

Noticed washer was leaking yesterday. Since we were not available yesterday, Brian came out today and quickly fixed the leak. He is professional and personable and I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

I requested service two days in advance and they had no issues scheduling me. Mike was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was happy to explain the work as he was performing it. He had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repairs and everything was functional again within one hour. Over a week later and we have not had any problems with the fridge.

Everything went extremely well. Mike explained the problem so I would understand and told me price. He was very efficient and really careful and neat. I will definitely use them again!

I wanted to leave this review because even though whomever I talked to couldn't help me himself, he was just about as nice and helpful as he could be. I think the true test of a business is how they interact with you when there's nothing you can do for them in terms of providing business. I was not just summarily dismissed, I got good advice about the repair project I might be taking on which led me to go in a different direction (new dishwasher), delivered in a helpful manner. I was actually disappointed that I couldn't use the service, which speaks volumes. Bottom line: I hope no more appliances break, but if they do, I am calling these guys.

Highly recommended. Personable technician, very professional. Was ready to visit the same day I called, but we weren't available, so he came the next day. Arrived at the agreed upon time, and called ahead to make sure we were there. Had the part in the truck, done in about 1/2 hour. No idea about how the price of the part and labor compares to others, but it was below the price I was guessing it would be. Would definitely contact them again.

Very Well! we explained the problem that the oven didnt come up to temp. fast enough. They found the source of the problem quickly and had the part on hand! If we had gone with anyone else I'm sure we would have paid more and the service would have been not as good. I can see why they have a high rating!!

I called this morning after being told by Orvilles (formally Netzman's) and Countywide (Netzman's referral) that they could not come out because they were totally booked, so......I went onto Angies list....and found Brian's listing. Mike was amazing! Dealt well with my Huskies...of course they loved him....gave me a best and worst case scenario....and went to work. Luckily it was a minor issue.... the fridge was up and running and cooling nicely when he left. Gave me time to clean the floor under the fridge and the sides before he pushed it back into place. Being a Webster resident, It was nice to find that both Mike and Brian grew up and went to school here in Webster. I would highly recommend this company and this will be my only call next time I need work on an appliance.

By far, the response to my call for service has never been more prompt. I called around 9am this morning, and by 10:15am, Brian had been here and completed the repair. WOW! His magnet is now on my refrigerator, and without doubt, I will call on him again for any future appliance issues. All around this was an outstanding experience. Brian is considerate, friendly and professional. He knew immediately listening to my dryer that the pulley was the problem. My dryer is now back in action and I'm a very happy customer.

One of his crew members, Mike, came and installed a new dryer vent for me and he did a really great job. He took his time and installed it correctly - I've never had any problems with it (unlike the old one which kept coming apart). He even showed me how to clean the various vents in my dryer and disposed of the old metal one for me. This was the 2nd time I had used Brian Doehler so wasn't surprised by the excellent service. This past summer i called him for a problem with my portable dehumidifier, and that is not in the scope of what he does, but he gave me his advice which put me in the right direction. And I had called him on a Sunday and left a message thinking I would not hear back until the following week but he called me within the hour. I keep his magnetic business card on my refrigerator and frankly would not call anyone else for appliance repairs.

I emailed to set up an appointment and Brian told me to call the next morning. Called and was told that a service member would be out to the house in early afternoon. Tech called 20 minutes before arriving. Very courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired. Also took a look at another issues with the machine but was told really not fixable - honest! And the cost was reasonable. Will have them return for any future appliance repairs.

They were able to fit me in the same day and had the part to fix the dryer on the truck. The repairman was very professional. This is the first time I used this company's services and I would not hesitate again. Oh yeah, the dryer has been working great since the fix.

Brian returned my call quickly. Came right over the next day. He was very nice and informative. He had the part I needed. The job was done in 20 mins!

Our dryer stopped producing heat. I called Brian and he was at my house the next morning. He was prompt, friendly, and really efficient. He had the part needed and was finished in less than an hour. Really happy with the response time!

Technician arrived the same day as the request for service was phoned in. He was very thorough, checking out the dryer venting as well as the machine itself. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed valve ignitor coil, had the necessary kit with him & repaired the dryer in less than 20 minutes. He was extremely professional. The only minor issue I had was that he left the flexible hose connection to the dryer vent pipe unsealed (it had been sealed with duct tape) which I did not discover until after he left. I was able to reseal it myself after removing the old duct tape.

Job went fine, even though I told him this was not a panic he still said he could come out the same day. He arrived about an hour later. Made tests on the range and the oven temperature control was gone. The old one was removed and the new installed. The job took about and hour including cleanup. Range works fine now. I will suggest to my son that he use this man on a job that he needs done.

Both Mike and Ryan were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed by the fact I was not charged for the time spent on my dryer that I have already given their name out to friends!!!! Although I hope not to have to call them again soon, I would not hesitate to do so in the future!!!!

Our original call was because we were concerned about a chest freezer that appeared to be working intermittently. We were told the technician would arrive late morning the following day. He (Mike) called to let us know he was on his way more than an hour earlier than we expected, which was a welcome change since I had taken off work. Apparently his earlier scheduled appointment failed to respond to his call and voicemail so he took us first! Although they do not service chest freezers (we were not specific when we called), Mike did check it and assured us the temperature was holding steady and did not appear to have any issues. Then, since he was already there, I asked him to diagnose our side-by-side refrigerator-freezer icemaker, which had not worked in several months. He was able to diagnose the problem [the sensor that indicates the bin is full], had the parts on his truck and made the repair in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with his demeanor and professionalism and pleasantly surprised that he even put on booties when he came into the house from outdoors. Paying a repair bill is never fun, but you don't mind when the work is as well done and professionally as this was. We definitely will call on them should we need appliances repaired in the future.

I called on Tuesday and spoke to Brian about my dishwasher not working.He said he was very busy and asked if the next day would be ok,I said fine.Mike,the tech,called and said he could come over around noon,and was that ok,I saidfine and Mike was ther in a half hour.Mike was very polite and profesional.After doing some diagnostic work,Mike said it was the touch pad that was bad.He gave me a price and said,"I know,that's a little pricey"He then said the call was mine,but offered that the dishwasher was not very old,and was a top of the line model,Armed with that info,I told Mike to get the part.Mike said he could get it by the next day,I said great.On Wednesday Mike said he had the part but was not happy that it looked like it had been open and he did not want to use it in my repair.I told him thankx for looking out for me and the next day would be fine oe even after the holiday.Mie called on Thursday morning and said he had a brand new unopened part and came over very quickly.He was done in less than 30 minutes.Great job.Mike ! My whole experience was great.Professional in every sense of the word.

Brian was very good about getting back to me and about coming to fix my dryer as soon as he finished what he was working on. He was very courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
