The technician was prompt, very friendly, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a fix. I will definitely be going back for future appliance repair needs.

These guys are wonderful. They have always gotten back to me very quickly after I have called. They have always sent someone over quickly to fix problems with our appliances. They are honest, honest, honest! And they are good at their job. AND they are really nice people. I could not more highly recommend them.

I called late on Friday and left a message. This was not a crisis issue but one that still needed repair. I was called back Monday morning and asked if Tuesday would be satisfactory which is was. On Tuesday, I received a call giving me an arrival time and asking if it would be OK to come then. When the refrigerator was disassembled, the circuit board was found to have a burn spot on it that was causing the freezer issue. The serviceman actually had a replacement board in his truck and replaced the defective board. Cost of the board was quoted at $275.

Brian's service sent out Dave Marsh, who did an excellent job. Unfortunately, my fridge had a refrigerant leak and he was unable to repair because it would require replacement of the entire evap coil system, which is a larger job than they can handle and possibly more than the fridge is worth. Despite the situation, Dave was very helpful and the price charged was kept as reasonable as possible considering inability to repair.

Very well. Took dryer apart, fixed, and even cleaned drum and vent.

My refrigerator stopped cooling a week before Christmas. Called on Saturday and they came first thing Monday morning. It went excellent. Mike was prompt and professional. He tracked down a part that normally has to be ordered. He went over on the other side of the city to pick it up. Came back later that day in between other jobs to complete the repair. Timely, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable cannot ask for more than that!

This is the second time I have used them. He is very affordable. and very quick to respond. I was really impressed. He first came because my washing machine was not working and he gave me great advice. He was very cost conscious and so, he told me that fixing it it really would not be good because of it's age/it was very old. He gave me ideas about refurbished washing machines which I ended up getting from another place. It was great advice. He was here within an hour and a half. I was very very impressed because the previous appliance people that I had called that day kept me waiting all day and then they said that they hadn't scheduled me.

I would definitely hire this service provider again if needed. He was very professional. He explained what was wrong and what repairs were needed. He had to order a part for the dishwasher,he called as soon as he received the part and set up another appointment. He was timely, friendly and efficient.

It went excellent. Brian came the day after we called and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The oven hasn't given us a problem since (knock on wood) and we would feel very comfortable hiring Brian again.

Smooth but expensive. I had purchased a highly rated disposal which they agreed on the phone to install. However the installer did not want install it because it may be different than what they are used to installing. So in the end I returned my $80 disposal so I could pay appx twice that for one that was not as good. If they had told me on the phone they would only install their own favorite brand I would have hired someone else but I was time constrained so went forward with them.

It was great working with Brian. He had to order the part but kept me in the loop as to when the part was delivered and called to set up an appointment that was convenient for me. He was able to remove the counter top, replace the burner and get everything back together in about half an hour. I'm very satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for appliance repair.

I called Brian on the 24th of May and he called me back on the 25th. He had one of his staff at my house on the 26th. Ultimately, the repairman could not find anything wrong with my washing machine. When the large majority of repairmen would've "invented" an issue so they could bill for a service visit, Brian and his staff did not. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to meet and deal with honest people in today's world. Thank you, Brian and your staff for that honesty and integrity in business. You will absolutely be the first person I call for an appliance repair and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about you. Thank you again for being awesome!

I called Brian during a snow storm the night before he came to my house. He made time to check and repair my stove the next day. He was very polite and personable, respectful of my house and did the work quickly, checking several times to make sure the repair was correct. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work he did. He was upfront about the cost ahead of doing the repairs and it cost exactly what he said it would cost. Terrific gentleman, I highly recommend.

After leaving a message with Brian, he made sure to call me back to set up time and came when he said he would. He also called me as he was driving to my house, to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and clean. Explained all of the information to me and mad sure everything was working well before he left. He also cleaned everything up.

He was wonderful. He told me that fixing this very old machine (over 20 years old) would be quite pricey because of the work and parts involved. I needed to know that. He only charged the service fee which was very reasonable. He explained everything about the machine and gave me recommendations for other machines to look at. I did follow his advice and went out to get another machine I will definitely call again and have already told friends about him

We were fortunate that Brian Doehler Appliance Service had an immediate opening in their schedule, so the service rep was at our house within 20 minutes of the call. He promptly diagnosed the problem, including a demonstration of how the door could be open a crack without activating the door alarm. Since no mechanical work was required, he offer us the opportunity to clean the frost ourselves to save on the cost of the visit. We opted to have him do the work in case there were further problems. The service rep helped me load the freezer contents into coolers. He also recommended we have some old towels handy to catch run off from defrosting. Once the frost build up was removed, the service rep tested the fan operation and air flow before putting back all the covers and drawers. He advised us on the expected time to recover the proper cooling temperatures. He took care to mop up all the water run off. The service rep worked efficiently and the work was completed in about 1.5 hours. Throughout the visit, the service rep was courteous, informative and conscientious about avoiding a mess. At first, I was going to rate the price as "good" because $100 for 1.5 hours seem steep. However, I changed it to "excellent" because we got immediate response when time was critical. I think we will lose very little from the freezer (and nothing from the refrigerator), so that increases the value of the rapid response. The service rep also gave us the option to reduce the cost and it was our choice to have him invest the extra time.

Brian was fast and efficient. He was able to get the correct part out of his van and replace the worn parts. He was no longer than 15 minutes from start to finish.

The person in the office was friendly and accommodating. Arrived on time. It only took 5 minutes to figure out the problem. I was so happy to have my washing machine back

When I called to make an appointment he was very willing to work around my schedule to find a mutually acceptable time that was as soon as possible. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer and had it fixed in no time at all. He was very personable and professional.
