Description of Work: They fixed my freezer and dryer. I asked them to replace ice maker he said he thought the problem with freezer was causing problem. Let's wait and I can come back if needed. He was right saving me a lot of money and earning a loyal customer

Description of Work: My gas dryer was taking too long to dry the clothes. It would heat up but the clothes stayed damp. The technician cleaned out the exhaust vent and discovered that there was a belt that had come off. He reattached the belt and tested the dryer to make sure that there was enough air flow. He also attached a vent cover to where the vent was exposed to the outside.

Description of Work: Cothes Dryer wouldn't start up. The problem was a weak connection. They put some packing around the stem so the connection would fit tighter. It did the trick.

Description of Work: Our oven couldn't control its heat anymore, and we called Brian. He came and checked out our oven and said it needed a new board. He checked with his parts supplier, who said that part was no longer available. So we decided to buy a new stove. Brian charged us minimally for the call.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have contacted Brian. First was to fix my washer and this time to install a new garbage disposal. I haven't had any problems with either and will call Brian in the future.

Description of Work: The ice maker in our refrigerator was leaking and needed to be fixed. The contractor was very courteous, punctual,and explained what needed to be done and why. He had to order the part, and he called to let me know that it arrived and to schedule a time for replacement. He installed the new ice maker and when it seemed to making ice very slowly, the contractor came back the very day I called and replaced the ice maker he installed with another new one at no charge and without any questions. This was the first time I used this contractor, which I selected based on Angie's List reviews. After my experience, this is the only contractor I plan to use in the future for any appliance repairs.
