Description of Work: Repaired new Whirlpool Duet washer I bought less than a year ago from Lowes. They actually sold me a defective machine, but it was just over a year and warranty expired.

Description of Work: It was just a service call for the washing machine. My washing machine had stopped working and so he checked it. The mortar had burned out. He suggested that it would be cheaper to get a refurbished washing machine than to repair it or buy a new one. He was absolutely right.

Description of Work: My dryer was ill but not dead yet. I called him about 9:30 AM and described the problem to him. He told me what he thought it was and said he could get me in that afternoon. He called a little after noon to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly made a diagnosis quickly, had the part in his truck, fixed it and was on his way by 1PM. Before he left, he looked at another problem on another appliance and told us it was too old to get the part but was safe to use. He will be my go to person for my appliance repairs in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Brian Doehler Appliance Repair for an estimate to repair a refrigerator freezer. They were prompt, courteous, and gave me an honest opinion. While the freezer repair was not done (we decided to replace with a new refrigerator), I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Description of Work: called Brian Doehler's Appliance Service for a problem with my Samsung refrigerator. I was very dismayed to get a call back from Dave who also works for another service I had use previously. He had tried three times to fix my fridge but never did. I called Brian's back and asked Brin to call me. I explained that I didn't want Dave back. Brian informed me that Dave was his go to guy for Samsung and the he, Brian, was not up to speed on the Samsung's. I thanked Brian for his call back and cancelled the appointment I had made with Dave. When you have a problem with one outfit and then go to another It is upsetting to be called by the tech which you didnt want.

Description of Work: This contractor was backlogged and turned my request over to a friend who fixed both the washing machine and microwave. Did not try to sell me additional parts and the price was fair. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired my ice maker and repaired my amana dryer. Very fair and honest. I will deffinately keep their name for future repairs if needed! They also have an off shoot of duct cleaning that I will be using!

Description of Work: Mike repaired my stove. He found a part on his truck he could use even though my stove is 24 years old. It is now working perfectly.

Description of Work: Fixed LG Drier Drive roller (bearing)

Description of Work: Replaced motor in fridge. Came to Brockport. Always responsive when I call.

Description of Work: My temperature control dial on my dryer fell off. It would have cost $200 for the control panel replacement, but he offered to just set the dryer temperature at one setting. That was a reasonable recommendation and the price was right.

Description of Work: Fixed know on the kitchen stove. Corrected it in a very short time. Works fine now.
