Dishwasher works, now.

I called and he said he would squeeze me in the same day but had to check. He called back said he could be at my home within a couple of house. He called in a couple of hours and looked at my refriderator and said the ice maker needed a motor and told me the cost with labor and I approved and within 1/2 hour he was finished and I had ice!

We called Brian and he came the next day. He was very professional and fixed our dishwasher when another repairman couldn't. We were very pleased with his work and the dishwasher is working well even one month later. He even let our two-year-old "help" with the repairs!

Excellent service. Brian answers all his own calls, and if a message is left - he returns the voicemail within 10 minutes. He came on short notice on the day before a holiday, and then when we discovered a small leak, he returned my call on the 4th of July within 10 minutes and was at my house the next morning. Excellent service, estimates of repairs and very professional, I would recommend Brian to anyone.

Brian spent a lot of time poking around to see if he could spot what the problem was. He thought there was faulty wiring somewhere which was making the fan to not work up to speed (causing the fridge's 2 bottom drawers and bottom shelf to be cold, but each shelf was less cold the higher up it was and the freezer wasn't cold at all.) He wrapped one wire and replaced the motor. He charged me @$178 but I gave him $180 in cash because I was so grateful that he'd come here the same day. Unfortunately, my fridge wasn't fixed. It was colder on the bottom of the freezer but the walls were warm. The bottom of the fridge was colder but not higher up. I phoned Brian and left a message and he got back to me 5 minutes later. He came out a 2nd day, but again couldn't find the problem although he spent 1 3/4 hours looking. Two days later, my refrigerator passed from this life. I phoned another appliance repair company for a second opinion. I had a much more productive experience and it only took 30 minutes.Brian is a great guy - friendly, cheerful, extremely hard working and with a second-to-none customer service professionalism. But he couldn't find the problem or fix things. I wasted $180 and 3 1/4 hours and then had to pay $59.40 for another appliance repair company to definitively tell me what went wrong and that the part couldn't be replaced. I now have to go out and buy a new refrigerator. A few days later, I got a message from Brian that he'd give me a partial refund because my refrigerator hadn't been fixable and I'd had to buy a new one. I thanked him but refused the refund because he had spent over 3 hours here and had replaced the motor and thermostat. In the end, I appreciated his flawless customer service and good character.

I've used Brian in the past and been VERY happy with his service. I called him, and he came when he said he would. He's totally professional, friendly and really listens. He fixed the ice maker and checked a few minor issues as well. I'm VERY pleased with Brian and would gladly recommend him to my friends.

He diagnosed the problem over the phone saving me money, that he didn’t have to come and he usually could have, he could have gone come over and charge for the hour and check up. A couple of different occasions over the phone he could tell you by just hearing the sound what’s wrong and sometime he would to get a new one, or he will say go check this or check that. On the phone I told him how old the washer was and what it was and he said he knows what’s wrong with it, and he told me that the repair would be very high.

Diagnosed the problem within minutes, and made sure that I saw and understood what was causing the problem. The whole repair took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Very friendly, up front with the cost, communicated when he was going to be at our house, and was able to fix the problem the same day. Would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone and call him again.

Brian replied quickly to our request and showed up on time, as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator and had parts on hand to make the necessary repairs. Great experience, very polite - I highly recommend his service - well worth every penny..

It was EXCELLENT - fast, competent and friendly service. He's there when he says he'll be, very reasonable in price and he knows what's he's doing. I'm VERY impressed. I will call Brian in the future for all appliance repairs.

Our feezer was not keeping food frozen. I needed to keep ice packs frozen as I had just had knee surgery. I found Brian's name on Angie's list with great reviews. He arrived less than an hour after I called him, diagnosed and fixed the problem, including replacing a part that he had with him, and cleaned up after himself all in about an hour. He explained clearly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Brian is professional, friendly, responsive, and knows his job. His prices were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly he had the freezer up and running again. We will definitely call Brian again and would be happy to refer him to others.

Refrigerator is working properly again . I would definately call Brian again with any future appliance repair needs.

He was able to do it within a day or two. I started out thinking I could do it myself. When I took out the old parts, there were some things I wasn't sure about so I decided I better have a professional do it. It turned out that it was easier than I thought and he was in and out within 15 minutes. The part was about half of the cost and the rest was the service call. Their price was well within the range of anybody else. I didn't have any problems at all. I would probably use them again.

Called Brian after seeing that Sears repair couldn't come for several days. I had found his name on the internet, but had no prior experience with him. He came as promised the next morning, and was able to fix the ice maker, and put in a new flexible water supply line using parts on his truck. Very professional, friendly, and was done in about an hour. He didn't even mind the curious dogs monitoring his work. I thought the rate was very reasonable for the parts used and labor, and would definitely call him again for other appliance repairs.

After we called, he came to the house the same day, had the part on his truck, and had us up and running in less than an hour, and at a very reasonable cost. Excellent service, excellent work!!

Brian repaired our washer. I called late in the day and arranged an appointment for the next day. Although he was running a little late, he made sure to call ahead of time and let us know that he will be there towards the end of the 3 hour window he gave us. He was extremely courteous and professional, and made the repairs very quickly. Excellent experience.

I called in the early afternoon to ask whether he could come the same day. He agreed, though he had several calls yet to complete. He arrived at around 6:30 or so. He took the dryer apart, showed me the failed motor, and quoted the price to replace it. The work was done quickly, and the dryer is working properly now. I had called another provider I've been happy with in the past, but he couldn't come until Monday. I was very pleased that Brian made the time to do the work on a Friday evening.

Brian was great, he identified the problem with my washing machine and was able to get the needed part for the repair and make the fix before the "certified representative" could even get me scheduled for a service call. While he was checking the washer I mentioned an ongoing problem with my dishwasher which he fixed in a few minutes. Brian was early and courteous.

I had noticed that the dryer wasn't doing as efficient a job as it usually did. I had to dry the clothes at a higher temperature for longer to get the normal result. I realized I should make a call and happily I did call and set up an appt. so that the day it was no longer drying at all, Brian was scheduled to arrive. Scheduling is easy - simply call and leave a message. Brian will call back within a half hour or so. If it's an emergency, he'll work you in immediately. Because I thought I had a bit of time, we set up the appt. in a couple of days. He quickly established the situation, had the part on his truck, replaced it and cleaned around and inside all the duct work.

It was a very tricky job, they had to come back 3 times. They did exactly what they said they would do and got the job done.

Over the weekend, I was doing the laundry. The dryer worked fine for the first two batches of clothes, but the third batch never got dry (fortunately, it was the last batch and was very small!). So, on Monday, I hunted the yellow pages for a repairman and came upon Brian's name. I checked out his website and decided to take a chance (I wasn't an Angie's List member yet, but I did check the Better Business Bureau; he wasn't listed). Brian answered the phone himself and offered to come out that day, but we decided on today instead, between noon and 3pm. He said he would call before he showed up and that's just what he did. He called around 2:20, said he'd be here in 15 minutes, and he was. He had told me on the phone, based on the information I had given him, that it might cost around $100. When he got here, he diagnosed the problem, told me it would be $145 plus tax, and asked me if that was okay. He was done within a half hour. He was very friendly, not only with me, but with my dog, who can often be a little nervous around new people, but she took right to him. I wouldn't hesitate to call Brian again and will recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repairman.

Over the weekend we noticed that the ice was melting in the freezer. Soon, the fridge was warmish also. While the fan continued to blow, warm air was coming out rather than cold. By Monday, the frozen foods had thawed and were in ice chests and from reading on the internet, we had a good idea what was wrong with the machine. I had asked a friend for a referral on a repair and she gave me Brian's name and contact information. I called him at 7:30 Monday morning and my refrigerator was cooling by lunch time. He told me he would arrive within a two hour window and did. He also had the part on the truck and it was what we'd suspected based on reading, though we were pleasantly surprised that we paid less than we thought we would have to - including labor and taxes. All in all, a truly irritating situation was made better by prompt, pleasant and competent work. And best of all, I have a new appliance repairman!
