They immediately were able to repair dryer. The dishwasher required a little trial and error (detective work). They replaced a control panel, but problem continued. We were not sure is issue with dishwasher was mechanical or electrical, but it turned out to be plumbing as the dishwasher was installed wrong by installer from local appliance store.

Examined and analyzed what was wrong with the stove, determined that it was a switch that hadn't been put in properly and replaced it. Much less than anticipated. Called one day, they were here the next day. Fine job!

My oven was not heating properly. I called this company and left a message for them. They called back within an hour and offered to come right out, but I asked them to come the next day. They called before they came over the next day and were there within about 20 minutes. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, had a replacement part with him, and had everything fixed within another 20 minutes. The technician was very professional and did a good job. I would use this company again.

Gasket worn in water pipeline. Part not avail-able,but tech worked around situation and fixed it.

I have used this service twice within the past few months. They are great. They answered our call at night when we called and were there the next day. Great pricing. Friendly guys. And did an excellent job fixing our things. I will always use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. I wish I could give them an A+ because they are fantastic!

Mike was prompt, professional and did a great job. While the initial repair didn't solve the problem, he came right back when called, fixed the problem and there was no additional charge. A really good customer experience for me!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. My washer was leaking so I called Brian Doehler. Because it was leaking, I wanted a repair soon; he was VERY accommodating and fit me in on Sat. The pump needed replacing which was done and it was back in operation that day. Brian was prompt - came when he said he would, friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem at a reasonable cost.

I should have reviewed Brian before, I've used him more than once. To be brief - I'm a landlord and am always having those little glitches that come with older or misused appliances. Some are major, some are a couple of dollars, but either way, someone knowledgeable has to do the diagnostics and repair. Brian has proven to be reliable, fast to respond, professional and knowledgeable. He gives you options for repair or replacement, and even what products he feels are the best replacements for your situation; I feel like I get good, valuable advice form him.. He often has the needed part on his well stocked truck for a quick solution. He is my go-to, both for rentals and at my own home.

He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. The oven is fixed and no more gas odor! He even let my kids watch him work! This review is a two for one because he fixed my mom's oven today as well. Super professional! Will definitely call him for future appliance repairs.

The service went well. I discovered on Sunday night that my dryer wasn't working. On Monday, I made a few calls. Brian got back to me quickly and said he could get to my house that day (happened to be Labor Day.) He came in the early evening. He was very personable and professional. He quickly identified the problem, repaired it and was on his way.

He was awesome, bright, efficient and effective and a joy to deal with. He fixed all of my problems perfectly.

I called Brian and said the last dish I baked wasn't thoroughly done when it should have been. He asked if it took a longer time to warm up and I said YES - now that he mentioned it. He told me it sounded like the igniter and would come the next day. He was prompt, courteous, and everything was back to its oroginal place. Brian said the job is normally $150 but discounted my bill since I've used his services before, which I greatly appreciated. I would NEVER call another appliance repair company - this company is the BEST.

These guys are awesome! They were responsive and promptly drove out, gave me an estimate, and squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule (which I'm sure made their day longer). Their estimate was completely reasonable, and the quality of work far exceeded expectations. The work they did went above and beyond with the job entailed. Not only did they thoroughly clean our vents and ducts (I noticed a difference in air-quality immediately), but they were professional at all times (wearing shoe covers any time they walked through the house, asking permission to park in the driveway etc.). Their hard work made my family's quality of life better - and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for vent/duct cleaning services.

The service was top notch. We returned from out of town late on Memorial Day to find that our freezer had stopped working. We called Brian and he responded almost immediately, agreeing to come assess the problem the following day. He arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment (calling ahead to make sure that was okay), assessed the problem and ordered the necessary parts, and returned the next day to install them. He was punctual and courteous, explaining what was wrong and what was required for the repair in an understandable manner. He took measures to protect our laminate flooring when he pulled the appliances away from the floor, and restored everything to its proper location when he was finished. I would highly recommend Brian for all of your appliance repair needs based on our experience.

I called for service at approximately 8:15 AM and got a message that they would call back later on. My first thought was "oh great" now I'll have to wait around for a response. To my utter amazement, Brian returned my call in less than 10 minutes from the doctors office. where he had an appointment. He apologized for the wait. Again, I'm blown away. He excused himself as they called his name and he was about to see the doctor told and me that he would call me back right after he got out. About five minutes passed and I received a call from Mike Steele, the other half of Brian Doehler's Appliance Service. He told me he could be there in 10 minutes. I have never been so impressed in my life. Eight minutes goes by and Mike pulls into the driveway. Mike takes a look at the dryer after disassembly and immediately diagnosis what's wrong with it and tells me approximately how much it's going to cost. He also was able to take a look at my subzero refrigerator which had a bad light switch. He told me that he could use a whirlpool switch which was exactly the same thing but would cost half of what the subzero part would cost. I am already very impressed because prior to calling Brian and Mike, I called a different repair facility for the same problem which they were unable to fix but still charged me anyway. Between fixing the dryer and refrigerator it cost me less than the other repair company charged me and everything works perfectly. In addition to making the repairs Mike also cleaned the compressor and coils on the subzero. He informed me that if the coils become impacted with dirt the compressor could overheat and fail. He wanted to make sure that I understood this to enhance the reliability of my Subzero, and showed me the proper way to clean them. In addition, he also vacuumed out all of the lint in the dryer. This is very much appreciated since the inside of the dryer was accessible and there was quite a bit of lint. If nothing else it is a very good safety measure. He spent a good extra 30 minutes with me cleaning the lint in the dryer and the coils in the SubZero the subzero and educating me to how to properly maintain these appliances. When I asked for the final Invoice, I was quite surprised to find that there is no additional charge despite the fact that there is additional work done and time spent. I have never had any repair experience like this. I am so impressed with these guys that I have a hard time finding the words to explain it. If and when I ever have a need for other appliance repair I will call them and only them to perform the work. I will go out of my way to tell friends, family, relatives, or anybody else that these guys are the real deal. They get my highest rating scale of 1 to 10 they are in 11.

Having read the positive reviews on Angie's List we fully expected quality service, but we hadn't imagined what a rare find Brian Doehlers Appliance Service turned out to be. Not only was the repairman punctual and professional he was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We have had our vintage icemaker serviced in the past and the usual reaction is what is this contraption. Not so in this case. The repairman was not only familiar with our icemaker he isolated the problem in less than five minutes by identifying a defective component. He ordered a replacement part and returned to replace it within a matter of days all the while keeping us apprised of the status. Even though this was surely a minor job by their standards, we were always made to feel as if we were a major and important customer. We highly recommend this provider for a job of any size.

Called on a Saturday and they came out within hours to fix our dryer! Mike was polite and knowledgeable. Belt was shot but he also took the extra steps to make sure the rest of the dryer was in good shape while he had it taken apart. Very reasonable price and no added charge for weekend service! We will definitely call again for future needs.

Brian is a very nice person and very professional. He actually arrived early (which was good for me as I had a busy day ahead). He gave me the estimate before starting the work. He took his time - I did not feel like he was rushing to get to another job. He paid attention to details, especially in trying to get the older gas stove oven to light. All I can say is Brian is our new "appliance guy". I will use his services going forward and highly recommend him.

Excellent job, prompt and responsive. Brian diagnosed the problem, spent time removing a very challenging part (seized on) and had to go to the parts store for an additional part. He willingly worked around my schedule to provide a prompt return visit and the dryer is up an running like new! While here he also took a look at my freezer, although this was not part of the service call. My icemaker does not spit the ice out of the door...which is annoying, but we can live with it. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for no additional charge. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair!

We called on Monday and he came out the same day. Called 20 minutes prior ro arriving as stated in our conversation. He was friendly and professional. Turns out my husband had already fixed the dryer but had not put it back together because he didn't know he fixed it. So after he put it back together, tested it, it worked perfectly. He wasn't going to charge us the full service call but we paid him ayways - after all he did travel to our home and and aid is the reassembly of the dryer - tested it to ensure it worked. Will put him on speed dial :-)

I had had another service try to fix the dryer unsuccessfully. I called Brian on Friday and he came on Saturday. He is very good about calling and keeping you posted as to the time he will come. He comes to your house prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. After diagnosing the problem, he even had the part my dryer needed on his truck. My dryer was fixed within half an hour and has been working like new this past week. I was very grateful to have Brian fix this problem. He really seems to understand the customers needs and knows appliances! I have him on speed dial on my phone for the next time an appliance breaks. This was the first time I had used this service.
