Description of Work: They advised me over the phone that the washer was to old to repair. 60 years. They could not get parts to repair. Bought a new one. They listened to the problem over the phone. Need transmission. They gave me grat advice.

Description of Work: Replaced ice maker for 20 plus year old GE refrigerator. Appointment was made for late morning on day following request for service. Man came as scheduled with promised heads up call. He had a replacement ice maker on his truck, and he was completed with his job within an hour. He cleaned up the work, was courteous and pleasant. We did not check with any other appliance service company based upon his A rating with Angie's list, and his location in Fairport, but the price was within the range that my wife and I agreed we would pay rather than scrap the refrigerator for a new model. This price was not shared with serviceman before I agreed to have the ice maker replaced.

Description of Work: replaced the rear bearing in my dryer

Description of Work: Came to the house and determined the repair to the washing machine would be more than replacement. I was charged for a service call, which lasted about 15 minutes.

Description of Work: Dryer repair, Brian was super in returning calls quickly, he offered to come over the weekend, but I did not have an emergency , so he came on Monday, had all necessary parts with him at the time of the service call, explained what the issues was ,and explained what he needed to do fix the dryer. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Freezer was not working, fridge was. Brian was able to fit me in the day I called (unlike the other places I called) and he was very polite. He called me again when he was on his way so I would know exactly when to expect him. Best of all, fridge works great now! Will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I found Brian on Angies List because our oven recently stopped working for us. After some online research, I figured that the heating element was bad. I called Brian and within about an hour he was returning my call and setting an appointment. Brian showed up the very next day and within 20 minutes time, our oven was working again. Brian was very professional and explained everything in simple language that my wife and I could understand. We are VERY Happy with Brian and would recommend him to all our family and friends.
