+ -1 moreIt didn't go as planned. I feel it was left undone. I think it might have been because of her upcoming wedding. Maybe she just had too much on her mind.
Description of Work: I was not happy with the service. I thought she was going to make suggestions and she did not. She was asked to re-organize our gardens and did not. When spring came, I found plants that were just sitting there not planted. It looked like she just forgot they were there.

+ -1 moreI really liked them because they were very customer oriented. she came over with books and ideas and listened to what I wanted . then went back to her office and drew up the plans. I had a very good experience with her.
Description of Work: Backyard Secrets designed our landscaping with our input. Backyard Secrets drew up the plans. They helped me pick out the plants and then I planted them myself.
