Description of Work: I had a leak in my kitchen sink, coming from the spray attachment. My wife was worried that we would not get it fixed before Easter Sunday. We had a house full of company coming in that night, and the kitchen faucet had to be turned off. I called John right away and left a message. John called back within 140 minutes, and arrived at my home about an hour later.

Every time I call him, he answers the phone himself, asks questions to troubleshoot the problem over the phone so he arrives prepared, and usually comes to our house the day we call him. He explains everything that he does, and always has good advice about what parts and products are most reliable. His prices are very reasonable and fair. He always gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and his work is excellent.
Description of Work: John has been our plumber since 1997. He has done everything from unclogging a sink to installing a sump pump to everything in between. He does excellent work. He is honest, experienced, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and, for what it's worth, very pleasant and friendly. I have recommended him many times and always get extremely positive feedback.
