+ -1 moreThe deck was installed incorrectly , flashing was left off. The deck was canted towards the house resulting in water damage. When I asked to be reimbursed for the work necessary to repair the damage, he told me that he would not . He denied any responsibility for the damage. In addition,he told me that the cracks that I pointed out to him in the foundation were not a problem, just the house settling. Last night I had a flood in my basement because the crack that "was not a problem" widened and water burst through. .25 acres in Esopus.I would not recommend this person (Dennis Cooper) to anyone who wants a good, professional job done. He uses the absolute cheapest labor and apparently does not supervise sufficiently. I was charged for work not done or done shoddily. I would NEVER recommend this contractor ( unlicensed) ?he is deceptive and dishonest.
