They were very professional, quick, and reasonable. They are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make a difference. They are pretty wonderful guys. Joanne, who answers the phone, is wonderful as well. She has great customer service skills, very funny, and a great girl. All over their work is very clean, and they are careful and exact.

I like their services. We have a service contract with them.

They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. We had some problems and they were good about coming back to take care of them.

It went well, they even came and fixed something three years later that did not work right.

very good workmanship, removed existing vanity and sinks and replaced with new pre-purchases vanity, faucets. Ran new plumbing. They even put up all of the accessories with the new vanity including mirrors, towel bars, hutch, etc. Would recommend highly and will be doing business with again in the future.

Very good experience!. Initially called to inquire about the services offered and was impressed with the friendly customer service. Artic Bear had to reschedule my first appointment as they were upgrading to new equipment and things out of their control required a change in the date. The person I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and also helpful in rescheduling the service. On the day of the service , Jason showed up right on time. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained the work that would be done. Answered all of my questions and was polite and professional. The 2 men that did the work took great care to not make a mess including wearing special footwear and taping off all vents in the house. They did a thorough job and took the time to make sure the work was done well. The equipment was brand new and was the latest technology according to the men that did the work. I reviewed a number of other companies on Angies List before selecting Artic Bear based on great reviews and good pricing. They were just as the reviews had said. I would defintely recommend them to others. Very satisfied with the experience.

Arctic Bear employees,especially (Shannon) were very professional, clean(picked up after themselves), courteous, very friendly, trustworthy and efficient workers. Arctic Bear was on time with the progress of work, they did have to wait on the electric. The electricians were running very slow, which tied up Arctic Bear from being done on time. That was not Arctic Bears fault.(I recommend getting a good electrician). Arctic Bear were excellent and we were satisfied. We would highly recommend Arctic Bear.

Good work. Got right to the tub job. Talked with me about how to fix the toilet leak myself. (Which I did later with a bit of trepidation..... went fine, though!) Cleaned up after themselves!

Fast and friendly service. Great prices and friendly service. We purchased the materials from Home Depot and Artic Bear installed everything perfectly. Materials cost $3100 and the plumbing services came in around $3200. Fair price for the amount of work completed. Lead plumber/installer - Shannon - was extremely capable and hard working. AAA rating. Would hire them again in a second.

They charge 32 cents per square foot of your house, our house is 1100 square feet. The great part is they did a really thorough job. They sterilized the ducts after cleaning them out and they didn't leave any mess in the hosue whatsoever. There wasn't any dirt blowing back int he house. They knew exactly what they were talking about and they had a lot of experience. The biggest negative is the machines are loud but that's nothing anyone can do anything about. It takes several hours, they have to setup and put the big brushes in, etc. We found them on Angie's List. They also called to say they wuold be late because they had an emergeny call, that was appreciated. There was no swearing or sexist remarks.

We've been very happy with them. They are friendly, thorough, prompt and courteous. We will be using for another project in our home.

This is a house built in 1921 and the plumbing was in bad shape due to the incompetence of the original workers. I have redone some in the past but the size of the area and the botched original work made this very difficult. Arctic Bear's plumber was exceptional and very patient. I would have paid double for the work he did. After doing the rest of the finish work ourselves (my wife and I) the (formerly) poor little bathroom looks beautiful!
