Description of Work: Arctic Bear did a great job. Easy to get a quote and did what they said they were going to do. I was working, so my wife oversaw the work and the guys were great to her. We had them do a couple extras to and those where all done well.

Description of Work: Artic Bear installed central air and new furnace. Also duct cleaning. Artic Bear arrived on time. The two fellows were very polite, friendly, business like and went to work. I hardly knew they were in my basement until they came to the living area and were cleaning the ducts. Though many advised me against the expense of the duct cleaning, I would bet the ducts had never been cleaned since their installation; 20 - 30 years ago. They cleaned up a bit around the furnace to give themselves some room and were very neat about it. I apologized for not having the basement in better shape. All went well and quick. Out with the old and in with the new. They removed and replaced two jury rigged air intake and heat duct that were just insulated tubes. I think one can evaluate a job as being done well when there is little interaction between customer and agents. They just went about their business and I went about mine. I checked things over after the first day after they left and everything looked good. The work area was clean and orderly. I had a good feel from the beginning and nothing changed that good feeling. I think it is called trust and when a contractor for whatever reason gets off wrong in the beginning it only escalates through the project. I don't think they ran into any issues with the furnace install or the central air. All the work looked good and solid. The few questions I had they answered. They just plain worked well, very orderly, and one part of the project at a time, very systematically. The first day ended around 5pm. There was no rush or confusion. They cleaned up their work and left. Same was for the second and last day. I can assure you that I gained confidence in them for their work ethic. The project going so smoothly. Even if the install was not that smooth there was no letting on by their body language. Just the type of job performance that lets me sleep better, without saying to myself, "why did I ever get into this". At the end they reviewed the install's workings with me. My best evaluation of Howard and Dustin is they performed as members of a learned profession; professional practitioner's in the craft of furnace and central air install. In response to their good work I signed up to their twice a year inspection. Now I have the piece of mind that I can call with questions and Artic Bear (without a request from me) will schedule furnace, filter, and central air inspections, also a few other look overs that I have no problem with. The service is a small monthly fee. I want this investiture to run at peak performance and as incident free as possible. Good job and good luck in the future. Description of Work: they installed a new furnace. They were prompt,curterous, and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: House got destroyed in a flood. Needed new furnace, all new ductwork and new water heater. I have used Arctic Bear before and was very comfortable having them do this work. Execllent knowledgeable staff and very responsive to any questions/concerns i had.

Description of Work: Flood damage. Arctic Bear got here as soon as they possibly could considering the awful situation. Got us hot water while I finished cleaning the wreck in our cellar. Within another week, they were back, tearing out our furnace and replacing it. They did an outstanding job. Thanks to Justin, Dustin, Jason and all of the people that work for them.
