Very good. No problem with them. Using them for about 7-8 years.

They like to try to up sell you but I am happy with the services. They are just okay and don't leave a mess.

It's a sad state of affairs when you have been a customer for close to 20 years and when a serious issue arises in your lawn, they take advantage of you. It was obvious that I had a disease or severe bug issue in my back lawn. I voiced my concern over several months being told the lawn would come back the next year. The Manager, who I would assume is a horticulturist never came out to look at my lawn just convinced me to have it aerated and all would be good in the Spring. Come Spring I called and said nothing is coming back. I was told would be over a month before they could look at it. They never returned and I finally called and cancelled service. Unbelievable !!!! $250 down the drain. Even the worker who did the aeration should have noticed that my lawn was dead and would need major work but NO!!! Awful !!!!

Poor followup and little assistance for services I requested.

I've had TruGreen for 9 years now. Their service itself is great. However, recently they've moved their customer service to a central location (I got the feeling it was Rochester). I can no longer speak to someone local even with the local number. I had an issue yesterday. The inexperienced person (Gino?) at the call center had no idea about it. I asked to speak to someone else...a supervisor preferably. He said there was no one else to help. I was told there was also no way to speak to the local office anymore. I decided to wait and call back to get someone else. I got the same person again! I finally just had him cancel my entire service. That he could do! I have a large property and all of TruGreen's services, so it costs $2500 per year. But I found it to be good service. But if they no longer have any form of customer service and if there's no way to deal with my local branch anymore, there are many other options out there.

Initially not bad, but then we just did not see results. Crab grass was worse then when we first started treatment

promised to do a certain section of lawn, from front to back of house on each side...never did sides even after I reminded them twice. Never got rid of all the weeds nor did the lawn green up as promised..

I have a contract with them. They have a set of number of visits within a year. Their service is fine. I have been using them for several years now. They do what they are supposed to do, and they do it on time. They are responsive to my needs. I never had any problems with them. I signed up a form again for this year, so I would use them again.

Just be sure not to expect much after a month or two...other than a little greener lawn. It takes up to a year to be obvious...and only after the second season is fully in effect.

I had a problem with some weeds on my lawn and I told them that, if they could get rid of it, I would be more than happy to subscribe to their service with a money-back guarantee. I am pretty sure that they have taken care of it. I have never checked prices against anybody else. I guess the quality is okay because they got rid of what I wanted them to get rid of. They have been very responsive.

The service is pretty good. They leave us a note or call us in advance and tell us that they are going to be out on such and such a day as long as the weather is good. We don't have to be here when they come. It is about the same price for both the services and I pay them about $2500 for trees and $2500 for lawn work annually. They just go ahead and spray the lawn or put down granules or take care of any other kind of work and we don't have to be here. We have used them for the last 7-8 years or maybe even 10 years and we don't have any complaints about the lawn service. As for the tree service, I have antique apple trees and they are extremely prone to bug infestation. They are not regular trees and are completely unmodified genetically over the years. They are the same trees that would have been from seeds like the 1500s or 1600s. We couldn't grow any apples on them because they are so bug infested. TruGreen has been spraying them for the last 3-4 years and now we have got tons of apples coming off these trees. I have noticed that there is something seriously wrong with one of the trees and will probably have to be cut down, but they never mentioned anything about it. It is terribly obvious just to look at it from 30 feet away that there is a problem but they never mentioned anything about it, which is so surprising since they are taking care of my trees.
