He was excellent. I use them few tears ago. They were very professional but very pricey.

They replaced the gutter. They also left metal remnants and dozens if not hundreds of screws scattered throughout our yard and driveway. The contract said that they would fill all of the holes in the fascia from the original gutter before putting the new one up (for sealing so that water couldn't get in there and start to rot the wood under the aluminum), but they did not do that. They also failed to seal the joints at the corners of the gutter, so they leaked horribly. There was also areas of the gutter that water was freely flowing behind the gutter and not into the gutter. It was just a horrible job. The original salesman said he recognized we had a very high end home and that they would be doing a job better than anyone else, they would send their best crew (and maybe two crews due to the size) and it would be perfect. The results stunk, so it was just lip service. The folks on the phone are always very apologetic, and seem to want to make it right, but crews have been out twice to make it right, and it still isn't right... They still haven't sealed the old holes, even though the service manager said they would. I paid a premium for this work, and didn't get premium quality.

The men were on time. Finished the job in one day. The appearance of the installation was to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after the job was finished. They were polite and and explained the installation to my satisfaction as well.
