Re-Bath of The Southern Tier

The Re-Bath team was professional from start to finish, and we were very pleased with the end result. The team that did the quote and the work were very friend, and had a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent, and we have had no issues in the two months that have passed since the remodel was completed.

Remodeled a small basement bathroom. Re-Bath of the Southern Tier did the majority of the work and brought in their materials for the shower area. As advertised they were almost completely done in 2 days of work (although one of those days they worked from 8 AM to 8:30 PM!). They had to come back to install the sink top (purchased separately from another company and it wasn't delivered on time - the Re-Bath guys came back another day to install even though it wasn't their fault it was late), and they had to install the filler strips on the vanity a different day because the wall was so out of plumb that they wanted to use a more accurate saw that they didn't have with them when they did the rest of the bathroom. Bob and Gary worked closely with us to make sure we understood the materials being used and design choices available. Bob spent lot's of time explaining how the work would get done, what the material choices were and helped us with design decisions to ensure we would be satisfied with the end result. Gary verified that what we wanted to do would be able to work (we had a few odd plumbing and construction aspects in the old bathroom) and made sure we understood the choices and what each decision made would mean. Bob and Gary along with the entire crew were very meticulous and exact in their work and it showed in the results. The workmanship was of excellent quality. These guys know what they are doing - they know the trade, they understand the materials they're working with and they care that the job is done right. I know you can read horror stories about Re-Bath on the web - but it's all about the crew doing the work, and this company knows what they're doing and cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

All of this was done in the projected 3-day time frame and the results are terrific. We chose this company based on them doing the whole job and their reputation. The reputation is very well deserved.

The provider was Bath Fitter not Re Bath. Please forgive my error as they have similar names and do similar work.

We used them because they were cheaper and up on their product. They were good.

Excellent job. Quote was supplied in March and measurements were done. Items were ordered and work scheduled for June. Called and asked us if we would mind the work being done several weeks early. Rescheduled for the earlier time frame and crew arrived on time and ready to complete the job. Gary's entire work crew were very professional and easy going. Cleaned up the entire worksite after completing the installation and left the house in excellent condition. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship provided.

After the work was completed in October, they emailed and wanted me to provide a review. I did the review and noted a few things that I was not happy about. Within a day I was called by the owner Gary Hoyt and I told him what I was not happy with. Another date was set for them to come back and address my issues. They came back and addressed all my concerns. While they were here, another problem came to light which turned out to be a defect in the tub. They came back yet again to try to fix the problem but they were unable to fix it. Gary Hoyt was here at the time and said that he would take care of it even if they had to rip out the the walls and tub and completely replace them. While here he contacted another ReBath dealer because this problem had never happened to them before. Because they could not take care of the problem, Gary said he would order the required materials and set another date to come back and redo the work. I must say that everything is now complete and that they do stand behind their warranty/work, they will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly. Also, throughout all this, we were never without use of the bathroom or shower. I also want to say that the installers are excellent at what they do, cleaning up both inside and out.
