Description of Work: The estimator knew exactly the cause of the problems I was experiencing with my current gutters and downspouts which had been installed by another company. He explained clearly what could be done to remedy the situation. Work was done by a couple of men one of whom spoke no English and the other whose command of the language was not very good. They did not have a detailed list of what to do but rather had a generic list which didn't specifically address one of the problems. I was concerned so I immediately called the company and the estimator immediately came to assure me that the men knew what to do. After the two workers left without telling me they were done so that I could check their work, I discovered one problem still existed. The company promptly sent another worker (English speaking) to correct the problem. Ultimately I am satisfied with the job.

+ -1 moreWork was completed in a timely fashion with virtually no sense that the installation team had been at the house and replaced the gutters. Were a couple screws found on the roof and a screw on the ground, but considering the quantity of screws in the previously installation, this was more quite acceptable. Gutters mounted flush to fascia and appear to have the proper slope down to the gutter's downspout end. Downspouts appear to be mounted well and are the dimensions summarized in the quote (3x4). The downspout repositioning which was requested was properly made. My only complaint is that the project manager was to provide a 48-hr call-ahead prior to being at the house. I received a call a little after lunch and no message was left. Did not initially recognize the phone number and didn't think twice about it until I returned home that same day and noticed that the gutters were replaced. The installation team apparently was able to come two weeks ahead of the planned time. Just surprised that I didn't receive more advanced noticed or at aleast a message to be left when the call was made.
