It went really well. I called and left a voicemail for an estimate on a Friday afternoon and he returned my call at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. He said I would have the estimate in the mail on Thursday and I received the estimate in the mail on Thursday. This has never happened to me before. Most of my experiences with contractors has ended up with me taking a vacation day from work and then no one showing up to do the work as scheduled. I was happy with the estimate. I received a call the following Tuesday and he had a job finish early and asked if he could start mine that Thursday. He was at my house at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, the dumpster was delivered by 8:30 a.m. and his work crew was on the roof working by 8:30 a.m. They put tarps over my shrubs and gardens and the clean up was wonderful. The job was finished In a day and a half and it looked great. The gutters were done the following week as scheduled. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly and stress free. Jeff Rowe, the owner was so easy to work with and answered all my questions and went over everything they were going to do and what to expect. I would recommend J. R. Construction without hesitation.

Their price was competitive and they completed the entire job in two days time. We're very happy with the finished result and the clean-up was great.

The job took three days from start to finish...longer than many due to the steepness and number of peaks and valleys. There was one rain day when the crew could not work, but they asked if they could come on Saturday to finish up. Shrubs and decking were protected during the tear-off, and they cleaned up every night. When the dumpster was removed, the owner came by and cleaned up around it as well. We are extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend J.R. Constuction.

They arrived at 8:30AM sharp each day and went right to work. The crew clearly worked as a well organized team, efficiently, quickly and skillfully. The results are impressive and perfect. They did all the cleanup leaving the grounds as they found them, not a nail left behind. They answered questions thoroughly when asked. I am very satisfied with the owner's oversight and the roofing crew.

Overall, very well. Roofing was done in a timely manner. Roofers were punctual and courteous. They also were meticulous in their cleanup. Roof looks great. Gutter people did their job okay, but not too friendly. I think the gutter people may have been sub-contractors.
