After the poor experience I had with these realtors, I wasn't surprised to find another negative review written less than a year earlier. They also threatened that potential buyer with a calling the police and pressing charges for trespassing...(concerned300 wrote a scathing review which can be seen at citysearch.com. experience very similar to mine) When I tried to inquire about a house they are listing, the female (Peggie Gehl ?) tried to deter me in every way from submitting an offer even though I have every opportunity and right to place a counter offer and the house is absolutely everything I'm looking for. She also raised the current asking price by almost $5,000.00. My instinct was to hang up on her but I held my temper. When confronted with trying to dissuade me and giving me inaccurate information (which is potentially illegal) her husband got on the phone and threatened to call the Sheriff - sound familiar? He wasn't keen about being put on speaker phone so that everyone could hear every lie he was telling either. I'm filing complaints against them and I will be contacting the county assessor on Monday to find out which bank owns the property so they can be replaced . These people need to find another line of work that does not include working with people. Quick Review in two words: 1: RUN 2: FAST!
