Worst service ever!! Tim was to rebuild the first floor of our home after a flood in September 2011. My husband and I already had the whole first floor gutted so he could come right in and begin work. We signed a contract and gave him the down payment he requested. They came and started work for 1 week. Then we didn't hear from Tim for about 2 weeks. He never returned our phone calls. We were suppose to be back home according to our contract on November 21, 2011. Never happened. On the rare occasion someone would show up to do work they would work for about an hour then they would use our pool to pee in. My neighbors saw them on many occasions doing this. One of the employees defecated on our upstairs bathroom floor. They also had a bucket up there that they would use to defecate in. They just left it there. Now, we live close to many public places they could of went to use the bathroom. The work was never finished. We ended up hiring someone else to complete the job in August. I then got a letter from an attorney stating that we owed Tim more money (even though he refused to produce receipts for the items he claimed to have already purchased. ) Sent a letter back to the attorney telling him that Tim owes us money for the job not completed. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this business. Or any business that Tim Rypkema is associated with!
