They had to be inventive with the bathtub leak that stopped a slow leak at the overflow, I would always have a wet spot on the cellar floor under this drain and now no more! They were very attentive and helpful. Was very efficient with each repair.

It is always challenging to find good help at a good price with workmanship you can trust. Evans Plumbing came and did a site visit to provide me an estimate on the work. We agreed on the price and set a date for the work to be done. He told me that the workers would call prior to arrival. On the scheduled date the workers called and I opened up the house. I showed them everything we needed done based on the quote I had received. They went straight to work. They completed all the items in an expedient manner. They were incredibly polite and asked a few questions to make sure I was getting done what was needed. There was actually an additional item we hadn't included in the request and when it came up they took care of it. When it was done the price actually came in UNDER the quote. I have never felt so pleased with the value of the work and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done.

help was needed soon and they did. fortunately the job went well with no 'frozen' parts and done in 15 minutes on a weekday afternoon, he was careful to not soil floor, pleasant.

The worker was very responsive. They had to do some research to fix our techmar. We knew there were a lot of problems with heating in the area, but they came the very next day and took care of it for us. They do excellent work.

fine, neat, knowlegeble. efficient, the other plumbler insisted that the entire faucet set in the sink must be changed for a hefty price in spite of manufacturer touting easy do it yourself.

They came out promptly (even though this wasn't an emergency) and discussed repair or replacement options. We decided to replace and we glad we did due to the corrosion the leak cause on the old faucet. He replaced the faucet in about 1.5 hours. 2 days later the sprayer started to leak a little from the head. We called them again, they came out the next day and checked it over, finding a small piece of debris (looked like a bit of plastic, possibly a bit uncut form the new faucet), in the fixture. Upon removal the sink worked perfectly fine. Very professional and courteous.

I have been using this company for around 15 years now and they always do a good job. The owner Jim is very professional and very honest.

Called for appointment and got one quickly within the time frame I needed. Called and then arrived when I had requested. Quickly fixed the problems. The repairman was professional and personable.

They didn't quote or follow up as to why.

It took two days to remove the 27 year old system and install the new. The work was done efficiently and well. The workers respected the house and left it in good order. The new system is working with no problems.

They did a good job on that. I have used them quite a few times in the past. They have always done good for me.

They did very good. The workers were very friendly and thorough. They were good. They came and gave us a free estimate. When we accepted the estimate, they scheduled to come and do the work. They were very good with their punctuality.

They are a good, reliable, independently owned contractor. I really liked their approach. I felt their billing was reasonable and they had a good response time. They went out of the way and went over and above what they had to do to restore my heat. They actually got the parts guy at his house and they went and met him at his store because it was on a Sunday evening. The charge was totally reasonable for what they gave me. It was good all the way around and I would use them again.

He found the problem and suggested I call the electrician who installed the new electrical system before I bought the house. He told me he could do the work but it would be expensive. He was friendly, professional and honest. All these companies are pricey, but they seemed to have the best rates (at least to the extent of the research I did), charging $100 for the first hour and $65/hr after that. Some companies wanted to charge $100 just to walk in the door. Also, they were very nice and accommodating on the phone and tried to help my troubleshoot my problem before the scheduled a service call. Overall it was a good experience, although my issue was resolved through other channels. I would recommend them and use them again myself.

We decided to install a wall-mounted A/C in August, as well as upgrade the water heater and boiler before going into the winter season. Evans was prompt to respond, and gave good suggestions and a well detailed estimate. They worked in the A/C portion of the job promptly, and we were able to enjoy the unit before summer ended. Upon installation, operation was explained. Work area left neat and clean. A few weeks later the boiler and water heater were installed over a 2-day period. Technicians knew their jobs well, and did it in an organized, competent manner. I was apprehensive about having the work done, as my husband is very particular about having plumbing and wiring organized in a neat and orderly manner. The technicians did a very nice job of dressing the wires. The work area was left in a neat, clean condition. All traces that any work had just been done were gone upon completion.
