Contractor did a very professional job. He accepted the job, when other contractors either didn't want to waste their time with it, or wanted us to wait 6 months or more for them to do the work, and charged a fraction of the fee all the other contractors wanted to charge for the job. Great guy, and we will definitely use him in the future.

Mr. Brink came out on a Sunday and assessed the problem and was able to get the water back up and running. He also fix an adjustment on the toilet, which was causing the initial problem. I also needed to replace a connection on the water pump. Mr. Brink ordered the parts, and he and he and his employee came back on Monday, at time arranged and completed the work in less then an hour. Excellent.

Darrell has worked on my system on more than one occasion. He has always been available to get the job done and also make useful suggestions about improving my system. There is no doubt about retaining his services in the future.

Mr Brink was able to schedule the repair out just a couple days from when the problem was i identified - i had not been able to actually find the leak, but he identified it as a cracked seal, was able to repair it in a short time, and no problems sense. i've been pleased with his work.

It was 4 PM on a Friday night. My husband was replacing the wax ring on a basement commode, when suddenly a pipe protruding from the wall broke off in his hands, spraying him and the entire bathroom with a shower of cold, clean (thank goodness) water. We quickly turned off the main water supply (since the specific turn offs leading to that bathroom wouldn't BUDGE!) and got onto Angie's list. Called the first "all A-rated" plumber/handyman, and, lucky for us, that turned out to be Darrell. He had just finished up a long week's work, and although he had never had any dealings with us previously, agreed to rescue us from a waterless week-end. ( Remember it was late Friday, PLUS he lives in Endicott and we are located up in Chenango Bridge.) He arrived, smiling and friendly, within the hour, expertly sized up and resolved the situation, and was soon finished, much to our relief and gratitude. As he left, we chatted about our families and got to know one another a bit. We waved as he drove away, and almost had the urge to ask, "Who was that masked man?", the way the townsfolk always did after being rescued by the Lone Ranger. His 40-someodd years of experience certainly paid off for us, and we have already asked him to return to help us with other things around the house. He really knows what he's doing. We feel so grateful to have found someone who would put himself out to help strangers in need, even ON a Friday night.

The provider smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and his overall appearance was untidy. He provided estimates quickly without really assessing each job that needed to be done. Overall the cost was too high and I was told there might be additional cost if he found something unexpected. He told me the shut off under the sink needed to be replaced, but it was new. I didn't really trust this guy.

The repairs were completed very quickly and the work was performed carefully to insure that the leak was properly repaired. The company responded to my call within 2 hrs. I liked the fact the the contractor has a large supply of parts to eliminate trips for missing repair parts. Hrs charged were very fair. Will definitely use again.

He and his assistants worked very quickly and efficiently. I have had no problem with their work. I liked Mr. Brink - he was straightforward. The work was costly - but it made my home much more comfortable.

He replaced the piece on bottom of rail 35.00 labor 60.00 & he knew it wiggle just as it did before but that was the best that could be done. I had another man come for another 90.00 & it is now fix with no wiggle & the new part was not needed!

We are in a process of buying a house and we needed to know whether we need to replace the breaker box and Brink Electricity sent someone right away even though we didn't own the house which I was very impressed by. And it was clear that they were going to do quality work even though we haven't bought the house when we hired them. I cannot speak of their work but I can say that they responded in a timely way. They came out and did the bid for free. I appreciate it and I thought that they were too friendly and understanding of our situation.

I have called him back for a small leak in the system and he hasn't responded yet but otherwise his work was pretty good. It took him a day to get here, he couldn't respond right away. My pump had stopped working so I didn't have water. He seemed to know what he was doing and he did get it up and running in one day. But he did leave a small leak on the inside of the house, just a drippy thing and I haven't been able to get him to come back and fix it. They seemed fairly knowledgeable of what they were doing and I think the install went pretty well. I thought their price was a little bit high.

It went very well. I was pleased that he was able to come out the very next day. He advised me as to what steps to take going forward to keep from happening in the future. They were great guys. Very easy to deal with and very friendly. I will certainly refer my friends and family to them.

Dios a great in very little time

Darrell is very responsive. He came out and gave an estimate the same day I called him. The extimate was resonable so I asked him to do the job. He came back the following day and completed it in a few hours. He and his guys were professional, pleasant and neat. All in all, a positive experience.

Mr Brink came promply, assessed what parts were needed and returned the next day and did the work.

They were punctual, professional, helpful and thorough. I highly recommend them.
