Brushes Over Broome

What I loved most about this cleaning service is that 4 ladies come and all clean at once. They only took 45 minutes to give my house a good, basic clean! What would take me hours, only took them a short time. They brought all their own supplies, which was wonderful. It's a great service and is very reasonably priced!

This company totally exceeded our expectations. We had several rooms for them to take wall paper down, prime and paint so we figured the estimate would be outrageous. We were so pleased with the price we were able to do more rooms than we thought we could. They were very professional each day they came. They took their shoes off and made sure not to make messes. They were friendly and polite as well. I had picked out too bright of a yellow color for our kitchen. They had completed the painting in there but I didn't love it. They offered to paint it again and only charge half price, which was so kind. We are SO happy with the results of all the rooms! It was WELL worth it to hire Brushes over Broome to have everything painted (several rooms) in just a week's time. We're looking forward to hiring them again soon!

I am overjoyed with this company. They painted the kitchen at my father's house (which hadn't been done in 30 years) and it looks GREAT!! They were extremely professional, showed up on time and did what they said they would do. And they are totally trustworthy- I gave them the key to the house and they locked up every night. I would definitely hire them again and I can't recommend them enough.

.Arrived on schedule - did not waste any time - went straight to work and accomplished all jobs in good time. They do such a good job that I am having them clean once a month. Do not have any negative things to say about them

Always on time, went above and beyond to not only do the contracted work but also correct hidden problems as they arose. This meant extra time to search for suitable supplies as well as allowing for weather conditions that slowed drying. Would hire again.

THEY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED - DID AN EXCELLENT JOB - WENT BEYOND NORMAL BY REMOVING THE DRAPES AND CURTAINS - AND REPLACING THEM WHEN FINISHED. IT REALLY MADE MY APARTMENT SHINE - AM CONTRACTING THEM TO PAINT MY UPSTAIRS APARTMENT BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT WORK THEY DID. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS..

I just read Debbie's response to my review. I tried to be nice about her business. First, I took a while to write a review because I really did not plan to write one.Angie's list kept asking me to, so I did. I never got fired from anywhere. I have no reason to retaliate with a bad review. Debbie is just making excuses for her own consistencies. I still work for her son's landlord. Her son is just a tenant. He has nothing to do with my relationship with the property owner. All of my properties are certified by the building code inspectors. I take great pride in my properties. That is why Debbie is complaining about me expecting her to clean as she promised. I do want my apartments clean for the next tenant. Debbie is mad I took out the carpets. She wanted to vacuum them. They were soiled with pet stains. Vacuuming would never get that out! I threw them away, and I cleaned all the floors myself, Debbie and her crew did not mop or clean them in any way. I also took out the bathroom and kitchen tile and replaced it, so she did not clean those either. Debbie complained because I was using fantastic to clean with. I checked the MSDS, and it is made by the same company, and is no worse than what she uses! I do not have a company on Angie's list, and Debbie can not hire me for anything. I do not care what her opinion is. I am just warning other people to be careful. She has lied. And, she is now attacking me personally for writing a review that she does not like. I never did that to her. Read my first review! I can not believe she is using Angie's list to air her problems. BEWARE!

These folks painted just about the entire interior of my house including a floor and staircase. They were prompt, friendly, and great at painting. I was so glad I called them.

I was very pleased with the job Brooms over Broome did for me. They were a huge help.

They dusted, swept, mopped, washed windows, scrubbed the bathroom, cleaned the interior of the fridge, did the inside and outside of the cupboards, they did everything.

They were fantastic. On time, charged me the estimated price, were courteous and professional. They made the place sparkle! I never expected the . I never expected the detailed cleaning they provided. I will use them again, already have an appointment scheduled! Would highly recommended them!

Work is still in progress, but so far everything has gone great. Deb and her crew power-washed the deck (twice) and scraped by hand before applying the deck stain. They also stained the 2 deck benches and moved everything. They painted the upstairs bath and hallway white that had been previously dark green and brightened up the area. Flaws were repaired. The kitchen is almost competed and they cleaned the ceiling and walls near the stove as well as cleaning the tile. They applied new calk to the backsplash and have begun repairing dents and flaws in the downstairs before painting. They still need to paint the office and stairway, but I feel as if the job will be done to perfection. Flaws they detect are remedied, even if I didn't notice. They are true perfectionists! As a business owner myself, customer service is tantamount. I fully expect to hire her company in the future. I truly prefer to hire local small businesses.

Debbie and her crew were great. They gave us good recommendations. They were tidy and careful.They finished the work promptly. We would hire them again for other jobs.

Went above and beyond my expectations. Have rehired to do some painting on our garage.

They were very good. I was very impressed, did a great job, reasonably priced, and they were very willing to help you with scheduling. They were right for it.

They did a great job. They were efficient but careful and neat. Debbie gave good feedback regarding colors I was considering.

They clean the kitchen, move all the items on the counters and clean under ,clean the microwave ,stove ,refrigerator,front of all the cupboards and then put a great shine on the hardwood floor. Then they do all the bathrooms to perfection. Last but not least they dust all the rooms and vacuum all the carpeting. They also sweep the outside porch.

The work was done efficiently and quickly. Debbie, the owner, was frequently on the scene to inspect the work. She is very responsive to her customers.

I was very pleased with service. 3 people spent 4.5 hours cleaning my home including moving furniture when possible, vacuuming drapes, cleaning appliances. I am using them in the future.

Living Room- Outstanding very clean lines as well as cleanup, great price great service. Kitchen- while the living room was being done i requested a quote for the kitchen. We had previously removed the wall paper ourselves and thought we would need to replace the drywall do to hidden damages behind the wall paper and we did not want to use textured paint. Deb suggested a skim coat to smooth the walls and buff out the imperfections.They where right! The kitchen looks amazing and saved us quite a lot of time and money. We plan to do more rooms using Brushes over Broome.

They did an excellent job. The quality of the work was outstanding, no over splash anywhere, clean lines and great coverage. With all the going out and coming back in the house, they never once got a speck of paint or dirt in any part of the house. Their cleanup was spotless. In the past we have used other painters and they were good, but these people were better. We had another quote for the same work and it was $700 higher AND it did not include the paint and this one did. The next time we need painting done we will not even call another company for an estimate. We will have Brushes over Broome do the work. Great people to work with!!!

Excellent job - the team showed up on time (actually a little early). Very attentive as we walked through the house since it was their first time there. Before I left I talked with them about options for cleaning my hardwood floors - she was very informative and helpful. The team was polite and friendly. When I got home that night the house was clean and tidy. I was especially impressed by the work on one of my sinks that has a leak and had line and rust build up on it. It hasn't been that shiny in years. Over all an excellent job.

On time, well organized. Debbie, the owner, is on top of everything. She is a 'hands on' owner - who makes sure of the quality of her people and their work. She is prompt about returning calls and a good resource.

The company was very professional. My phone call was returned quickly. I had to change my order - date and number of rooms and the company accommodated my needs. An adjusted price was agreed to quickly and the owner of the company was not at all daunted by my request. The house was beautiful when I returned home. I was amazed that the hard water stains were totally gone from my tub. I will call Brooms over Broome again and I have recommended the company to my friends.
