So I felt somewhat "short-changed" with the manicure. Basically though, I thought the technician did a good job and was friendly.I would consider going back again. I do like that they use Aveda products

I love this place! First of all, it has the feeling of a chic, upscale spa what is actually a very small space (although you'd never know it by the layout). I've been in many times, but what surprised me was how quickly they learned who I was and what I was coming in for. When I go in for something like a massage or manicure, I always call to make an appointment, but when I want to get my eyebrows waxed, they always have time to fit me in as a walk in. There have even been a few times that I've called to get things done and they have always been so accomodating as far as squeezing me in at the last minute before big events. The girls who work there are so sweet and cheerful, and everyone is so professional. Not to mention the fact that they do great work! Massages, manicures and pedicures are always top notch (I love getting manicures; they do an aromatherapy session with lotions and cutical oil, which is so relaxing). They were even able to fix my mother's eyebrows! She's been doing them herself for years, and after forcing her to leave them alone and making her come with me to get them done professionally, she looks so much better. They really do take such good care of their clients.
